Best Place I've Stayed In Seattle

Note: I'm currently staying here, will update this review if anything changes before leaving. I was a little weary of staying here with the previous review but this is truly a fantastic condo. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures (minus personal items in bedrooms/bathrooms) and the view is incredible. The couch is the coziest I've experienced and the kitchen supplies are plentiful. Marither moves quickly and is very professional. Sean (building manager onsite) is incredibly kind and helpful. He genuinely wants you to have a great stay and has gone out of his way multiple times to help. The parking for this unit is safe and very convenient. The 1-2 streets around the site are a little sketchy but have never caused me to feel unsafe, a couple blocks away is Amazon's campus which is safe at all hours and has free parking/EV charging after 4 & weekends. You are very close to everything here. Gym and lounge are great! Would definitely stay again! Reach out if you have questions!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

supposed to be there for 3 months, turned into 3 weeks. sev. issues with this place and the landlord. started out as a really nice play & loved the apt. property listed pool and hot tub, fire pit, they were going to be closed our ENTIRE 3 month stay and hoa had notified everyone. the landlord did not to disclose that info. so we paid for amenities we could never even use. the apt was full of dust and filthy when we moved in, we cleaned it ourselves but did not mention it in a timely manner to the landlord. the apt is right outside the bus stop so homeless people are EVERYWHERE. could not leave the house without harassment. apt flooded and we did not have floors for 2 weeks before we moved out. asked landlord to provide a hotel, she said yes and never did. asked several times. ended up paying it ourselves as work nightshift and ppl were inside the house daily working. landlord became hostile. then charged us $300 for a cleaning fee when the entire house was unlivable! NOT WORTH IT

Amazing Condo

Lovely, modern condo in the heart of Belltown. Secured entry and garage parking. Amenities in the building. The most incredible views of Puget Sound with two balconies. M is an excellent landlord, and made every effort possible to make my stay as comfortable as possible. When there were issues, she was quick to respond and act. There is a building manager who also helps deal with concerns and he is an asset to the building. You will not regret staying here!!! SO walkable to SO much Seattle stuff. I will absolutely consider staying again when I'm in the area. Thank you, M!
