Great place for the traveling professional

This downstairs studio was spacious and had all of the necessities and amenities for anyone traveling for business and/or on an extended stay. Likewise, this is an ideal option for military on unaccompanied orders. The location is about 20-30 minutes from DC and offers a nice suburban reprieve for those with business in the city during the day. There is plenty of room for the single traveler, and the location is close to many stores and restaurants in both Springfield and Fairfax. The house sits adjacent to an incredible running/biking path, and the neighborhood is very quiet. WiFi is strong and reliable, and the bed was very comfortable; plenty of closet and storage space is available for uniforms and gear, so it's easy to remain spacious and clutter free. All praise and no complaints about this Springfield suite!

Amazing property

I'm a 3rd year medical student staying in Springfield, Virginia from Canada, doing my rotation at Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute. This apartment was incredibly spacious, clean and quiet. There was a large desk and desk chair provided and was able to study with no issues. There was easy access to the laundry room and a private bathroom. The landlord was very nice and was always available via text message. There is a private entrance and a lovely garden so I could leave early in the morning without disturbing anyone. I brought my car with me and there was abundant street parking in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend this to all my other medical students as the price was very affordable, the neighbourhood was very safe, and the location was close to stores like Walmart, Dollar Tree, and Target.

Loved it here!

This place is cute, clean, and quiet in a safe neighborhood. Theres a grocery store right down the street and access to major interstates right down the road. The landlord is very accommodating and kind and responsive! Would definitely recommend staying here if in the dmv area!

Home away from home!

I stayed here while on a contract in Falls Church, VA. This space has the perfect amount of privacy and freedom. The full-size bed is incredibly comfortable, you have access to your own bathroom, which is always a priority of mine, and you have your own kitchenette right in your space. There is access to a coffee maker (again, priorities!), a toaster oven, and a full-size washer and dryer. There are two large windows in the room that provide plenty of light and the backyard has lots of squirrels and birds for entertainment. There is also access to a walking trail behind the house which is very popular. The community is quiet and safe, there are lots of grocery stores and shopping options nearby, and if your contract is at Inova Fairfax, your commute is 10 minutes or less! Overall, I would highly recommend this space to anyone. M, the homeowner, is quiet and kind and is always interested to know how you are enjoying your time there.
