Adorable apartment

I stayed almost four months in Kamila's condo and had a great experience. From my first time walking in until the end, it was a great fit for me. The condo is well appointed and laid out for its small size (including closet space, towels, etc), it met all my needs, and was the perfect location. There are so many great restaurants and bars nearby and two metro stops within short walking distance. It was the perfect base for both my professional endeavors and for exploring the city. Kamila was also lovely to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Central, well-equipped DC flat in lovely neighbourhood

This flat was perfect for our needs. We stayed there as a couple with our dog and, while the flat is small, the layout is very well thought out such that it never feels too small. We had a friend stay over for a weekend on the sleeping couch and even that was very doable. The kitchen has everything you need with a very capable oven, large fridge and garbage disposer. The in-unit W/D an absolute must. The bathroom even comes with a bathtub. The sun that flows into the flat during the days was the cherry on top. The neighbourhood is lovely with a large park, Trader Joes and many eateries nearby. You're close to the centre/work and there various bus stops nearby. The flat is on a relatively busy street, but we had zero trouble sleeping at night. The landlady K was very responsive and everything was in order. Check-in was easy and smooth thanks to the clear instructions. The neighbours in the building were all very correct and friendly. No issues would definitely stay here again.
