Great, comfortable place with fantastic host

I rented this apartment for 2 months from Carmen and she was fantastic to deal with - very thorough, helpful and responsive. The apartment is well furnished and comfortable. Everything is clean and in great condition, just as the photos show. Location is a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to a number of restaurants and a short drive to downtown. The deck and back yard are bonuses in the good weather. I highly recommend, and would absolutely stay again if I am in Nashville and it is available.

Wonderful place

I stayed at this wonderful property for three months while completing a nursing contract in Nashville. The place was very clean and had everything in it that we needed. The area was safe and close to everything we wanted to experience in Nashville. Carmen was a fantastic host. She was kind, knowledgeable of the area, and readily available if we needed anything. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Nashville.

Perfect Home for Traveling Professionals

This a perfect home for those who need a home away from home. Everything you need is there. Such a nice place with beautiful furnishings, kitchen is fantastic. Close to everything, a short ride to downtown, East Nashville, Grand Ole Opry, etc. Lyft and Uber very available and not expensive due to proximity to everything. Owner is fantastic! I loved this property!

Amazing apartment!!

Great apartment and location in Nashville!! Everything was extremely clean and had everything you need. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet and is perfect for walking. The owners are great and are very responsive should you need anything at all. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect place! Amazingly clean with Incredible Owners

This rental and rental owner have set the bar for all furnished finder rentals. After moving around for a year and staying at some very horrible places, walking into this home was a breath of fresh air. It is kept impeccably clean and decorated beautifully. It has more than you need to be comfortable! The owner is kind and caring and went above and beyond to make my boyfriend and me feel like we were home. There is a separate basement unit and she always made sure we were made aware of new tenants. She even asks premission to share contact information of separate tenant to make sure there is an ability to communicate if a package is delivered to the wrong door. She is considerate not to share without consent. Our original plan was to stay for at least 2 months but not more than 3. That went out the window when we realized what we found! We ended up staying for 9 months! I would still be there if it weren't for the need to move for work. You can't go wrong here! It feels like home!

Beautiful place

Beautiful apartment in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Owner is very responsive. It truly feels like a home away from home. My only regret I didnt get to enjoy the beautiful porch as I would like because it was too cold to stay outside.

Great Apartment and Location

This apartment was perfect for my temporary assignment in Nashville. The location was perfect and the apartment had everything I needed. The place was immaculate! It was minutes away from downtown and in a really nice quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again when I get back to Nashville. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment, has everything a travel nurse needs.

This apartment was great for my time in Nashville. It had absolutely everything I needed (linens, towels, appliances, cleaning supplies, etc) The perfect space for a solo traveler. It took me about 15 minutes to get to work and around 10 minutes to Broadway/Downtown. The bedroom was great and very dark for night shift. The floors are a little loud so it may be difficult to sleep if someone is living in the upstairs apartment. The owner was also very friendly and super helpful in emergencies/ bad weather. She checked in frequently and has multiple security cameras installed which she monitors often. She came in town to stay in the upstairs while it was vacant a few times for maintenance. Overall, a very nice space in a very nice neighborhood, I felt safe and comfortable living here.

This home is a gem for anyone doing a short term rental/visit to Nashville. Close to everything that you would want to do during your stay. The home office was an extremely nice touch for this working trip and the color scheme made my Texas heart smile. It truly felt like home away from home. The apartment is well furnished with all the comforts you would need and well cared for. Added attention to small details that you don't see in most rentals made it truly feel like a home. Owners are amazing!! They answered questions promptly and gave wonderful guidance and recommendations for the time my husband and I stayed. 100% would recommend this property for anyone looking for their home away from home. If we work in Nashville again, we already know where we will be staying!
