BEST LANDLORD Extremely responsive, available on site, courteous and very respectful of privacy, anticipates needs (even offered an air pump when we had a flat tire) GREAT LOCATION quiet neighborhood, walking/running trail at end of street with scenic views; drive times: multiple grocery stores within 5 min, 15 min to Chatfield State Park, 25 min to Roxborough State Park, 1 hour 15 min to Colorado Springs, 40 min to downtown Denver AWESOME AMENITIES lower deck with grill and table/chairs all to yourself, fabulous internet speed, nice office area with desk chair, comfortable bed, big bathroom, couch with 2 elevating foot portions, well stocked kitchen (even though there isnt a full stove, the induction cooktop/convection oven/instant pot/outdoor grill were plenty), extra storage space, washer/dryer combo surprised me as it worked very well, plenty of linens (sheets, blankets, towels) Overall, couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you R and M for everything!

Mary and I have been married over 35 years and are blessed to have 3 married daughters and 5 grandchildren. We have lived in the Denver area since 1999. I work from home as a software engineer for a Dallas based company, Mary helps with the grandkids. We are very active in our church. We enjoy Colorado outdoors activities such as hiking, biking, and skiing. I have climbed 25 14ers in Colorado. One of our daughters is a physician - she carries on a family tradition of 3 generations of serving in the Medical Field that began with her grandmother and includes several of her uncles and cousins.
