Walkout basement with private entrance

My husband and I were “in-between” houses while we were waiting for our home to be built and needed a place to stay in the interim. This was the first time in 45 years that we had to rent so it was an unknown experience for us, and we really didn’t know what to expect. What a pleasant surprise! Our 5 month stay at Rob and Mary’s was wonderful. The walk-out basement, with private entrance, was bright and open. The apartment itself was well maintained and clean. The furnishings were comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi and the location was quiet and peaceful. The homeowners were incredibly responsive and helpful. Any minor issue that arose was handled with speed and professionalism. We felt comfortable and secure and genuinely enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend Rob and Mary’s apartment and would happily rent there again.

Unexpected Gem

BEST LANDLORD Extremely responsive, available on site, courteous and very respectful of privacy, anticipates needs (even offered an air pump when we had a flat tire) GREAT LOCATION quiet neighborhood, walking/running trail at end of street with scenic views; drive times: multiple grocery stores within 5 min, 15 min to Chatfield State Park, 25 min to Roxborough State Park, 1 hour 15 min to Colorado Springs, 40 min to downtown Denver AWESOME AMENITIES lower deck with grill and table/chairs all to yourself, fabulous internet speed, nice office area with desk chair, comfortable bed, big bathroom, couch with 2 elevating foot portions, well stocked kitchen (even though there isnt a full stove, the induction cooktop/convection oven/instant pot/outdoor grill were plenty), extra storage space, washer/dryer combo surprised me as it worked very well, plenty of linens (sheets, blankets, towels) Overall, couldn't have asked for anything better.
