Wonderful Stay with Great Hosts
I had a wonderful 5-month stay here! The location is perfect just a very short walk to the beach. The home offers great privacy, a lovely balcony, and plenty of windows that fill the space with sunshine and let a nice breeze flow through. The neighborhood is peaceful and charming. The icing on the cake is the fantastic hosts, P and T Thanks again, Highly Recommend!

The best landlords
I lived here for 7 months and they were the best landlords Ive ever had. I always felt super safe. Always able to find parking. Able to walk to the beach and the Main Street so easily. Very central location and safe area! They are super helpful with packages and parking and so easy to communicate with! Fully recommend them and the apartment! The place is the perfect size and has everything you could need!! Wish I could have stayed longer!

I loved this apartment!
I had an amazing experience living in my Huntington Beach apartment! It was beautiful, clean, and the layout was spacious. The landlords were fantasticresponsive and truly caring. The location was perfect, with stunning beaches and great restaurants nearby. The neighborhood was friendly and safe, providing a wonderful community atmosphere. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live in such a vibrant area!

Beach Town Dream!
The place is very spacious, centrally located near downtown HB and homey! In addition to that, P & his wife make staying there a breeze. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to be close to downtown, the beach and in the heart of OC. I had a blast living there for 3 months with such gracious hosts.

Cant say enough good things regarding this property. Clean, well set up with everything you could need, and its in a great location (walking distance to the beach). Theres also tons of street parking so that is a non-issue. P and T are both fantastic hosts. Id recommend this spot any day and I had 0 issues during my 3 month stay.

Highly Recommend
Great location with great landlords! Pictures posted of apartment are as they appear. Amenities as posted. Landlords are quick to get back to texts/calls and are very friendly. New touches added to the apartment (shower, microwave, etc). No parking issues. Just a 15 minute leisure walk to the beach. Cleanliness, Value, Communication, Accuracy, Location: 5 stars. Highly recommend!
