The unit was spacious and full of light, with original parquet floors, large-paned windows, and thoughtful furnishings. The living room was warm and inviting, while the kitchen stood out with granite countertops, wood cabinetry, and a clean tile backsplashall opening into a cozy dining nook with elegant lighting. Bedrooms were roomy and serene, featuring plush beds, crown molding, and tasteful design touches like framed art and bold accents. The bathroom combined vintage charm with modern updates, and having a washer/dryer in-unit was a huge convenience. The peaceful, tree-lined property feels safe and walkableperfect for morning coffee or an evening stroll. This place has it all: charm, comfort, and character. Id gladly stay again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique and restful Greensboro stay.

A hidden gem in Greensboro

This property is truly a hidden gem tucked away in the trees of Greensboro. The complex is gated and includes a huge 2 acre courtyard to sit back and relax. I felt very safe here. The studio itself comes with everything you need with more than enough space. The kitchen, bathroom, and walk-in closet are great. The biggest plus is that this unit has its own central air unit making the temperature perfect for any time of the year. The landlord is always available by phone/text and is very responsive. Overall, the experience here was phenomenal.

Gracious living

Our first travel experience has been wonderful in the Greensboro area as we take in all the southern hospitality, sights and sounds. The condo has been everything we could have hoped for. A gracious living space on a beautiful property with classic wrought iron tables and chairs to shake off the New England winter and enjoy the out of doors...we can't wait to grill! The condo is lovely, warm and inviting. On the Historical Register, the architecture is stately and yet charming, and we immediately felt right at home with the parquet floors, old school bathroom tiling fit and finish and the lovely eating nook off the kitchen. Had a Wonderful Stay!

I had a wonderful 4 month stay at the condo! It came fully furnished, as advertised, with everything I needed during my time in Greensboro. It's centrally located and very convenient for getting around to most parts of the city, and the price is quite reasonable compared to other options in the area. While my main concerns when looking for somewhere to stay were location and price, I came to really enjoy the condo and the entire complex. It definitely has a unique historic feel, and the large courtyard in the complex gives a nice sense of quiet and privacy. K was always available if any issues arose, and the other residents I interacted with where quite friendly as well. Highly recommended!

Perfect little condo

This condo is perfect if your working at any of the local hospitals. Perfectly equipped. Instant communication between the owner and manager. Quiet community with a beautiful green space in the center of the complex. Right across the street is Accra to a walking/biking trail. I cannot recommend this condo enough!! :-)
