Do Not Recommend

I am a traveling social worker with multiple national assignments and am not overly demanding. I value professionalism, clear communication, and good-faith problem solving, especially for longer-term housing. Unfortunately, my experience at Property ID: 278853_2 was extremely disappointing. I booked this furnished accommodation for a four-month stay (SeptemberDecember 2025), entrusting the owner with over $10,000. Shortly after moving in, I experienced a rodent infestation with repeated mice sightings inside the home. Although pest control was contacted, the response was reactive and ineffective. Rodents continued to appear even after traps were set. I communicated calmly and proposed reasonable solutions, but the owner was unwilling to work professionally. As a social worker experienced in conflict resolution, I approached this with patience and flexibility. That expectation was not met. Due to unresolved rodent issues and poor management, I do not recommend this property. Avoid!
