Perfect unit for my mother in law to stay for a month. The host was timely in communication and helpful. Would recommend.

Cozy studio

A lovely little place. Perfect for a solo traveler. Everything was clean, the decor was homey and modern,the kitchenette had everything I needed. It's located on a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. It was the perfect place for me to stay during my travel assignment.

Terrible experience, highly advise avoiding!

After 1.5 years here, this is why Im leaving 1 star. The landlord blocked me from reviewing after refusing to return my deposit so I had to contact Furnished Finder. I suspected mold and gave 1 month notice; he verbally agreed I could break my lease. Then he demanded I leave in a week. I moved out in two weeks, offered to pay rent, and he said not to worry about it. After taking only cash for rent to avoid taxes he wouldnt discuss deposit return. He entered in the middle of my move before I cleaned, and used photos from that day to justify keeping my full deposit. I cleaned the next day and filmed leaving everything in normal condition. A month later, he claimed I owed the two weeks rent he told me not to pay and listed normal wear and tear as damages. I believe they just didnt have the money to return my deposit. They seem friendly on the surface, but I would not trust them in business. You can message me to see my videos of the apartments condition and decide for yourself.

Great Experience

I spent an extended time here and the experience was great. Place was super clean, landlord was very attentive and quick to reply. I would definitely recommend a stay here. It is in a great location, quiet neighborhood.

Just What I Needed

This may not be for everybody due to the small size; definitely meant for 1-2 people. But if you're good with that like I was, this property can't be beat! It felt very cozy and private. The small space is used very well. The unit is well maintained and was quite clean and in good repair upon move in. No sign of dirt, bugs, draft, no offensive odors; I really have no complaints with stuff like that. It had everything I needed: high speed internet, trash service, laundry, shower, kitchen, parking, etc. The hosts were helpful, friendly, and non-intrusive. They were great with accomodating my short, last minute stay! Seating is a bit limited. There was a little armchair and some folding chairs but when those became uncomfortable I was basically just in bed. Also the refrigerator and Washer/Dryer are also quite noisy when running. I always sleep with earplugs anyway, but that might bother some. Just some nitpicks to consider. Overall my stay was fantastic, I would recommend this place!

I found this apartment here in furnished finder and I appreciate how professionally everything was done. It was perfect for me. Perfect location, I fell in love with the area. Very quiet during the day since I was working 3rd shift. R and C were very friendly and respectful. It was easy to get in contact with them in case I needed help. I had a great experience. Thank you

Cozy, modern, studio garage apartment with brand new appliances and complete furnishings. Owners are accommodating, friendly, professional, and consistently tend to concerns and/or questions in a timely fashion. Located in a beautiful development with pool, tennis court, lake, and walking trails. Within walking distance to local grocery and convenience stores, restaurants, and various other services. Within 10 miles of many hospitals and doctors' offices. Love this apartment!
