very nice stay in cummaquid! just a 2 minute walk from the bayside. right next to Audubon for hiking trails. 12/13 min drive from the hospital and the rest of the convenience of hyannis. quiet, safe, and comfortable. well stocked with kitchen supplies, linens. nice day bed for guests. thanks ann!

Beautiful waterfront location!

Amazing waterfront property with beautiful private beach! The owner is extremely nice and responds quickly to requests. Great communication. It is just down the road from quaint downtown Barnstable. Wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and markets very nearby. Property was very clean and tastefully decorated. Excellent mid cape bayside location. At low tide, you can walk out on the flats a long ways! Property is in a very quiet secluded waterfront neighborhood. Lots of birds and wildlife.

Property is gorgeous!!! Apartment is updated, clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. Priced extremely well for the area. The owner is most charming and a wonderful host, but will give e you as much privacy as you like. I had the best experience there and look forward to going back again. Can't say enough about this place!
