Great place!

I needed a place to live in Indy because I was starting grad school and this place was perfect. Close enough to downtown that I could even walk there to meet up with some of my classmates. The house itself was perfect for what I needed. The landlord was awesome! Very quick to respond to any questions that I had and he was very down to earth and relatable. Highly recommend this place whether you are looking for a short stay or something more long term.

Great Stay

The house and landlord were both great. I stayed with my dog and a roommate for 6 months while doing a contract + extension at IU Health. Upon arrival, there was a problem with one of the toilets that was solved quickly once I got the landlord involved--he was very responsive. Parking is off a back alley or on the street out front. No issues with either. There were families with small kids living on the same street. Was never concerned about crime. The house is close to an interesting historic neighborhood that is great for dog walking and house oggling, and also near the Bottleworks Hotel (swanky) and The Garage food hall. The closest grocery I used was the downtown Kroger on Michigan St or Whole Foods on Market St. If staying in winter, Carmel has a European-style Christmas market, the zoo does a fantastic holiday light show, and the Soldiers and Sailors monument gets lit like a Christmas tree with a lighting ceremony. Highly recommend this place, it was perfect and near all.

Very cozy and well maintained apartment that is very close to many hospitals and shopping centers.
