When we arrived, the unit smelled like weed, probably someone is using it. Aircon filter and blinds were filthy, they said it was clean, but we cleaned it again. Washer and dryer was a joke, it uses a coin in top of your monthly rent. The landlord seems dont care when we raised our concerns regarding tenants downstairs being irresponsible of using the washer and dryer. Instead of reaching out to tenants downstairs to deal with issues, he gave the tenants contact # and we're the one to deal with the issue. The landlord deducted a lot on our deposit, well the unit in fact is not as dirty as when we moved out.

Cute, quiet, clean

I stayed here not quite two months and enjoyed my time. The unit is very nice and is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The landlord(s) were responsive and helpful.
