Great place, perfect for traveling professionals. Priced very reasonably (probably the best compared with other listings), you have everything you need and you're very close to the hospital. We had absolutely no problems or issues during our 6 month stay. I've been traveling for 11 yrs straight, I always hope to find something just like this and someone just like George (property manager). He is Johnny on the spot of he thinks there may be a problem or issue and he is a great communicator, very responsive. I even asked him to do me a personal favor and he happily did so even though it was an inconvenience. It's rare to find someone always in a good mood and always happy to help. I would come back here anytime.

Great place for travel nurses in Toledo!

I am a travel nurse and this was a great place to stay! Clean, quiet, and just 5min away from Promedica. G was very quick to respond when I had any questions or concerns. On site laundry and my own parking space which added to the convenience. I will definitely stay there again if I take another contract in Toledo!

Lovely spot

Perfect 1 bedroom. Everything works and is well maintained, and the apartment has covered parking. Window AC unit and box fan in place for cooing, I stayed through half of June, on night shift so I was home all day, and this was fine to keep the whole apartment comfortable. Didn't use it, but there was also a space heater that functioned. Had a large Roku TV, so easy to log in to all my subscriptions. Water pressure was good throughout the apartment. No dishwasher, but the sink is large and so is the rack, which made cleaning up simple. Lots of closet and dresser space. Towels were also provided. George was super easy to work with, we coordinated over the phone and he was very understanding and helpful. Would certainly stay again.

Clean, Safe, & Spacious

As a seasoned Traveler I look for a place that is roomy, safe, clean, and close to where I would be working. This place has these and so much more. My unit is equipped with everything necessary for my home away from home while on my assignment. A brand new smart TV, a comfy queen-size bed, lots of kitchenware, great couch, chairs, and dining table, and cool in the summer & warm in the winter. My car was parked in the bay and didn't have to scrap the snow off in the winter! I also have access to the laundry in the basement, so no need to cart my clothes to a laundromat. G is an excellent and very reliable landlord! Available to fix any minor problem that may arise and quickly I might add. I'm so pleased and thankful I found this super apartment!!
