Winning Property on Winner Ave

I truly loved my stay at Winner Ave while on a 6 month contract with a facility in Baltimore. The rowhome is beautifully remodeled and in a fantastic location, right off Northern Pkwy and 5 min from exit 10 on 83. Sinai is not even 5 minutes and downtown hospital campuses are 15 minutes at most. The neighbors on either side are long term residents who know Trent (the landlord) and the ins and outs of the neighborhood and always have a smile and a helping hand. Trent went above and beyond to accommodate me and even offered flexibility when extending my stay and upon my move out date. I wish every landlord was as understanding and supportive as him! If you're looking for a quality stay in Baltimore and a landlord that is honest and genuine you can't go wrong with one of Trent's properties.
