Beautiful well appointed apartment

Rena and Roger were great hosts! Place is extremely comfortable with a waterfront balcony. WiFi worked flawless for my job. TV has just about all the channels or apps you could ask for. Parking directly in front of the apartment, made carrying in groceries a breeze. Loved it! Would def rent here again!

Great stay!!!

I was on my medical rotation in Pasadena and found this property and wow what a great find! Rena was great/easy to work with, the location and living space was perfect. It was equal distance from Baltimore and Annapolis allowing me to enjoy both while I was in town!! Highly recommend!!

LOVED IT!

I absolutely love this place! The landlord and her nephew are incredibly sweet and respectful and will help you with any issues or concerns you may have. It 20-30mins from Balitmore and Annapolis and only an hour from the Captial. Good local grocery store nearby. Neighborhood is very safe, and I have had no concerns as a single woman being around the neighborhood, even at night. All appliances work perfectly. 10/10 Recommend! I hope I have another assignment in this area in the future so I can maybe stay again!

Wonderful Property

My daughter and I stayed here for about 6 months and had a wonderful time. The place was comfortable, clean, updated, and had the most amazing views from the living room and backyard. We spend many mornings casting a line of the dock and watching the boats go by. We can't Thank R and R enough for letting us rent their wonderful property and were genuinely sad to leave.

Great stay!

2 of us stayed here for a clinical rotation, and it was a great stay. The location is very safe and close to larger cities. We had no complaints staying here, but if we did, the owners were right downstairs and easily accessible by phone. If I stayed here again, I would bring some more kitchen supplies since there's only 1 pot and pan and the knives weren't the sharpest. Everything else was great! I'd recommend it to my classmates that may travel here in the future.

Such a perfect place!

This was such a great place to stay for two medical students new to the area. We were close to work, yet close enough to enjoy DC and Annapolis on our days off! R and R are such kind people and they have done such a great job at making the place feel like home. R even went so far as to add a blender to the kitchen for us, and R offered to fill up my almost flat tire when we arrived at the property after a10 hr drive - just such kind people! The immediate area also has everything you need - plenty of groceries stores, coffee shops, restaurants, walking trails, etc. We always felt safe and would highly recommend staying here!

Quiet and relaxing with a beautiful view waterfront view.

We have absolutely loved our stay here. The on-site property owners are friendly, accommodating, responsive, and respectful of your privacy. It is a nice escape from the city, yet close enough that you can be downtown in 20 minutes. Walking distance to a grocery store and Dunkin Donuts. What we will miss most is the beautiful, relaxing view of Stoney Creek leading into the Chesapeake Bay. If we take another contract in the Baltimore area in the future, we will certainly check the availability of this property.
