Charming, comfortable and Cozy...

Cutest place

Only stayed a short time but absolutely loved it! Super cute comfortable beds! And the landlord was amazing so sweet and loved that they loved right next door!! Super close to hospital and shopping!

Amazing Apartment

Over the last semester, I stayed here for an externship in Dayton. This apartment has everything you need to live comfortably for your stay in Dayton. This unit is pretty and spacious. It has a dishwasher, cooking utensils, pots, pans, a washer and dryer downstairs--I could go on. It's also located in a safe area and is really close to Downtown Dayton. Cynthia is a wonderful landlady. For the price, you get a lot of bang for your buck!

Spacious, cozy and great location!

I stayed in this rental for 6 months and it was great! Cynthia is a great landlord and responded very quickly with any issues. The house is great, nice cozy bedrooms with blackout curtains and a patio to enjoy the nice weather. It's super close to many hospitals, I was only 10 minutes from Miami Valley. The front entrance is well lit at all times and parking is available in front of the house so I felt very safe even coming home after a late shift. I highly recommend this home to anyone coming to Dayton!

Amazing Place!

This place was great! Cynthia was so welcoming and an overall great host. Only 4 minutes from Grandview which was where I was spending my entire month, so that was very convenient. The place was clean, really nice on the inside, and was huge! Super comfortable place to be. Parking was right outside the place which was fantastic for my early days and late nights at the hospital. Would recommend this place to anyone!

We loved it!

Just an all-around wonderful space that fulfills every need. Cynthia was so welcoming to us and she never hesitated to reach out to ask if we needed anything. The place was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed! And it is just a 4 minute drive to the hospital which was very convenient. We had no complaints throughout our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much!

Clean, elegant, Quiet place to lodge

This was a beautiful apartment. Very spacious, clean and in a good location to major hospitals. Cynthia has everything that you need in this unit. It is definitely home away from home . The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. Everything about my experience here was peaceful. If I ever pick up another assignment in Dayton I'll rent again.

I had the pleasure of staying at Mrs. Sherrer's house, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The home was immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully attended to. Mrs. Sherrer's kindness and hospitality were top-notch; she went out of her way to ensure I felt valued and safe throughout my stay. Her family is truly a gem, making the entire experience even more special. It was an absolute blessing to rent their home, and I would not hesitate to stay again.

AMAZING Property and Landlords

If I could take this property AND the landlord, C with me everywhere I go, I absolutely would. The property is Historic, Beautiful and met every need. C and her husband are WONDERFUL people, warm, welcoming and easily reachable. Commute to the hospital (Miami Valley) was less than 10 minutes. Easy access to the freeway, stores, restaurants and parks. I will most definitely rent this property if I ever take another contract in Dayton, Ohio. THANK YOU C AND J!!!
