In 2004 developers turned this historic 1900s electric company warehouse it into 49 uniquely eclectic condos. This created a quite gated community that is unique to the other sky scrapping apartment complexes downtown. The loft condo features exposed brick, original wood flooring, and a bright, open floor plan. Completely furnished and you can even enjoy sipping a drink and on the covered patio.

Exceptional Downtown Stay
I felt right at home the moment I stepped into Sarah's downtown apartment. The rental is in a great location, within walking distance of multiple shopping centers and restaurants. The apartment was clean and spacious, with ample natural lighting. The on-site washer & dryer, along with the available parking, are a rare-find in such downtown locations. Sarah was such a welcoming host, often recommending local events and activities. Short distance from airport. I would highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a downtown rental.
Loved it!
This space was exactly what I needed and S was very helpful with anything I needed and for recommendations in the area! The location is great (especially being 1 block away from a weekly farmers market). I felt very comfortable here and would definitely reach out to S if I returned to the area.
Umm, this place is amazing.
This apartment is super cute and cozy, its in an amazing location downtown SLC. Sarah was nothing but gracious, flexible and understanding. I would stay here in a heartbeat if I were to come back to SLC.
