Great apartment, great landlord, great experience!
I'm a little late writing this review (as the old adage goes: better late than never!), but I wanted to echo the other reviews and attest to the awesomeness of the landlord and the apartment. I stayed in the apartment in summer/early fall of 2023. I felt that the pictures of the apartment and the description were true to my experience. It is a very spacious unit (I stayed here solo) and it was furnished well. It is the basement/ground floor of the landlord's home, so occasionally I'd hear some footsteps or sounds of living upstairs, but never anything disruptive. The unit is in a great location, with a park and a lively street of restaurants a short walking distance away with easy access to a lot of the city's attractions. As the other reviews note, the landlord is a great person and very easy to communicate with throughout my stay. If I'm ever back in the Seattle area and the apartment is available, I would love to here stay again!
Comfortable Living and Ideal Location
WE LOVED OUR TIME STAYING HERE! J is an absolute dream of a landlord, best landlord I've ever worked with. The home was exactly as it was presented to us, everything included in the home is exactly what a travel nurse needs, and did I mention the landlord is amazing? The location in Beacon Hill is right by one of the best parks in Seattle, you're located right by all the major freeways and you're just a short 10 minute drive to downtown Seattle. If we are ever in the are again we are definitely going to try and stay here!
Just like home
I could not have asked for a better place to live on my Seattle contract. R is quick to respond to questions/concerns and super accommodating. The location cannot be beat, I felt like I was living downtown with how easy it is to get on public transit and everything is just 5-10 minutes away. The neighborhood is great with parks nearby for pets and easy walking distance to a bunch of GREAT restaurants. The unit is well kept and you have so much space, it doesnt feel like a travel apartment. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
