Amazing place to stay

Me and roommate stayed at stephans place for over a month for our medical school rotations and we have nothing but rave reviews for the experience. The unit has all the necessary amenities needed for an extended stay, laundry, kitchen, central air, etc. and it is located in a relatively safe and quiet neighborhood in Emeryville. An added bonus to the amazing stay was the bedding provided at the stay, it was one of the most comfortable mattress and pillows provided to us during 6 month long away rotations. Stephan was a fantastic host that was quick to respond to any complaints. 5/5 would recommend

Awesome stay!

This is a fantastic rental, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Stephan and Diane are extremely friendly, courteous, and quick to respond to messages. The apartment was fantastic, with a nice outdoor yard space, a ton of natural light, and a very well equipped kitchen. The location felt safe and was right next to public transportation, which made commuting a breeze. The apartment is also very allergen friendly, spacious, and well designed. Having the option for a short term lease was very convenient, and I really enjoyed my stay here!

My roommate and I absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is spacious and gets great sunlight throughout the day. The apartment is thoughtfully furnished and has any and every kitchen appliance you may need. The landlord is super responsive to any issues that arose. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and walkable to a ton of stores. If I could stay here longer I definitely would have.

Lovely Apartment

My wife and I were here for a month, and we have enjoyed the stay. The flat is furnished nicely and clean, it has provided everything needed so that we really felt comfortable and convenient. The communication to the owner is also easy and quick. I definitely recommend it.

Amazing apartment, just as described

This apartment is absolutely amazing. Very spacious/affordable and true to description. My travel friend and I stayed here for 6 months while working as travel physical therapists. We ended up extending our contract in the Bay Area largely because of how much we liked this apartment and location. The landlords live below and are incredibly nice and helpful/responsive. I highly recommend!

Loved my stay!

I really enjoyed my stay during my 3-month stint in the East Bay! Property is true to the pictures. Unit is clean and spacious and the backyard is a bonus. Also having laundry in the unit was super helpful. Location was great for my assignment at Stanford and it was relatively easy for me to get to places even without a car. Property owners were also responsive to any of my concerns. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing flat!!

We have absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! The location is perfect. I can bike and walk to so many things and the neighborhood is quiet. At the same time it is close to the highway which is great for commuting. The space is clean, has a great layout, and the furniture is nice and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and is stocked with good cookware and very nice appliances. The beds are super comfortable. The backyard is amazing!! The lounge chairs are super comfortable and its great to have a grill. The hosts are quick to communicate with us and have been so accommodating! We would stay here for as long as possible if we were going to be in the area for more time!
