Spectacular Beach Front Condo

This 2bd/2ba condo is the perfect beach getaway. Whether your are in town for vacation or need a short term rental, this is the place to be. You are less than 50 feet to the beach with your own private walkway. You can BBQ poolside with the wonderful property grill. You are walking and/or bike ride distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The condo is cute and comfy. You have everything you need in a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, dishes and great cookware. Also, there is a washer and dryer in the condo which is very convenient. There is a trash chute steps away from the front door and a great shopping cart if you have lots of luggage or groceries to bring in. Take the elevator which is code protected and you are steps away to the front door. During my stay I was fortunate to see a rocket launch, boat races and an air show. R is wonderful to work with. Great communicator and was always a call/text/email away.

My toes are in the sand in Cocoa Beach !

This condo turned out to be more then I could of ever expected. From being able to walk or ride a bicycle to any of the local restaurants, grocery stores, bar's or souvenir shops. Having access to the water and beach just out front makes for the perfect beginning or end to any day. I especially liked having the secured elevator and hall doors accessed only with a code or key. This condo is set up just as you would have your own home, you want for nothing ! Kitchen, Laundry and the Bathrooms. Master bedroom looks directly out into the ocean, you are able to see morning sunrises and hear the waves. Pool and sauna are really nice.The building is well maintained and clean, very quiet. The parking is easily accessible also. The building is well lit. I will continue to stay here for as long as they will have me. Thank you so much Rolinda for making me and Mom feel like family.
