Great house Great location

I stayed in this home for an extended period and it’s one of the better furnished rentals I’ve used. It actually feels like a place meant to be lived in, not a short-term flip stocked with the bare minimum. The bedrooms are well sized, and the primary suite in particular is a standout—walk-in closet, soaking tub, and separate shower. The kitchen is functional and properly equipped, laundry is on-site, and storage is ample. Utilities are included. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, and the location made it easy to get to Austin, Georgetown, and Pflugerville without feeling like I was living in traffic. What really sets this place apart is the owner. Communication was clear, professional, and responsive. When something came up, it was handled quickly and without drama. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great cozy home!

I came to austin for a Cath lab travel contract and only planned on staying for three months, but ended up staying for close to a year and a half! This house was a nice spacious blessing and I never had any real issues. If any kind of maintenance needs came up, N and C were really awesome about getting on it super quickly. Great yard for my dog, and very nice neighbors. To give an idea of how helpful N was, there were two times that I left town and accidentally left the garage door open but N heard about it through a neighbor and they quickly closed it for me while I was away so they saved my butt.

Great place

This was a nice big house with everything you would need. Enjoyed it the time I was there. The landlord was great and if you have any issues she was quick to respond would recommend this house for anybody that needs a short term lease it was great.

Lovely Lifesaver!

During the recent TX weather crisis when I had no electricity or potable water in my home for more than 5 days during near zero temperatures, the owner allowed me to stay in this house where power and water had not gone off. It is furnished with an eclectic mix of vintage and modern furniture. The comfy modern sofa in the living room is paired with antique chests and radio, and there's even a cute turntable complete with vinyl albums. The kitchen is modern with tons of gorgeous cabinets, granite counters, and upgraded appliances. There's a nice patio outside and a large, fenced backyard, although it was too icy to go out. I absolutely loved sleeping in the king bed! There are two full bathrooms and a washer/dryer, so doing laundry and cleaning up was easy. It's all on one level. The owner was still in the process of setting up the house for rentals, and she had even more good ideas about ways to make it attractive and convenient. It's a lovely home away from home.
