Great place

I stayed here for 6 months and had the best experience. The landlords were so accommodating and kind. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for affordable housing in a safe neighborhood that’s near a metro station.

I stayed at this cozy apartment for 6 months when I first arrived in Washington, and it was an excellent experience. The hosts, Kim and her husband, were simply the best, always attentive, respectful, and quick to address any needs. Whenever something needed to be fixed or replaced, they handled it without delay, ensuring my comfort at all times. The apartment itself was well-kept, regularly cleaned, and made me feel right at home. The community is quiet and serene, which is perfect for anyone working from home, yet its also conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to get around the city. Theres even a nearby park that I often enjoyed for relaxation. Overall, this was absolutely worth the money. Kim and her husband truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and Id highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place in Washington. Cyril.

The Place to Exeperience DC

Staying in this house was the easiest part about starting anew here in DC. The landlords are a lovely couple that are attentive to their tenants. During my stay, any time there was a real issue it was addressed in short order, and Kim stops by regularly to check on everything. She has been accomodating and is always so pleasant. The cleaners to a great job and have not missed a beat in my time. On top of the essentials, this property is in a great neighborhood. Not to mention, being so close to the Metro station has been a real game changer. You cannot beat this place for the rent. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay!

The residence was in excellent condition-very clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished. It was also incredibly quiet, which made it easy to study while in school and feel at home. Kim was fantastic throughout my stay. She was not only responsive and professional, but also genuinely thoughtful and went above and beyond to make my stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for place.

Excellent

I was very much satisfied with my stay at Kim's property. The home is in perfect condition, it is very clean and peaceful and cleaners come every two weeks. I only stayed for a short time (1 month) and this was never an issue for Kim. She was also always very helpful and provided us with everything that we could ask for. I highly recommend choosing this property.

The Presence of Home near a Bustling City

Coming into DC without a car and on a student budget, I couldn't have found a better place to stay at for my clinical rotation; the other students I was living with would all tell you just as much! The house had biweekly cleaners, and was less than 10 minutes to the Metro, which is just ideal for maximizing my study time. My 3rd floor room was thoughtfully furnished with beyond the basics; I had blackout curtains, my own AC unit, and even my own fridge (a real bonus to not having to go to the 1st floor to grab a cold drink and back)! Last but not least, Kim is an incredibly kind soul and host. I will always be grateful with how she would swing by once a week to drop off bottled water at the living room, to make sure we could keep hydrated over the summer days when we step out the door each day. If I ever get to come back to DC for clerkship, Kim's place would be my first choice, hands down!

Above and Beyond

Above and beyond are truly the only words to describe my experience. To start K and her husband are amazing. I needed a last minute miracle for housing for my internship. Not only did K's place save me, K was able to help my figure out my metro lines for work and calmed my parents nerves about living in DC. Kim did not have to do any of that but she did it anyways with a smile on her face. I appreciate them so much, it was really a blessing. In terms of the house it was also amazing. The town house is very nice and the room I stayed in was a dream. The bed was huge, the room was huge, the closet was huge. I had a tv, individual A/C for the room, and a bay window. Compared to my peer (other interns) this place was a 5 star hotel. The location has its ups and downs. It is very close to the metro and is only a 5 minute walk, however as a 21yr old female it was a little worrying. I wouldn't say that I was scared in the area, but I was aware. If I had more space I would keep writing.

BOOK IT!!!

The property is exactly as described and pictured! The neighborhood was nice & peaceful. The home & the room smells so nice! The room is spacious with ample amount of closet space. K is an amazing host!! She provides very helpful amenities for your stay. ANY questions or ANY concerns K is always available!! So don't hesitate to reach out to her. I worked nightshift at Medstar Washington so traffic was not a problem for me. Overall a great stay!

Welcome stay for travelers

K is always a text or call away if you need anything. Most of the other guest are travelers under contract. Neighborhood is very quiet. Every other Monday there are professional cleaners that come in the morning. Plenty of street parking but remember to get a Rosa parking pass because DC loves giving parking tickets. Had a very relaxing stay while I was there. Hoping a room will be available if I come back to DC for another assignment

Great Stay!

Staying at this property has been such a great transition into DC. K is very hospitable. The place is clean, ultimately quiet and has plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet & felt pretty safe. K is very easy to communicate with and goes above an beyond for the guest. Any issues were dealt with promptly. Would def recommend and would definitely come back !
