4 month stay

This is a cozy, private studio apartment. The entrance is via a private alley so it feels like a peaceful escape from the bustle of the city. The price is reasonable and I was able to have a designated parking spot in the driveway which sealed the deal. Lack of stove is not as big of an issue as it may seem- a rice cooker, electric skilled (provided), microwave (provided), and crock pot can substitute all the needs of a bulky stove.

Cozy, great location, neighbors & landlord

Great location, close to General Hospital and all the great Mission food on 24th Street. Everything you need in one quiet & peaceful studio space with great access to private backyard. Landlord is very understanding and a great communicator.

Comfortable Studio

C's place perfect. It is warm quiet and comfortable. She is very accommodating and everything that is important is nearby within walking distance.
