A Fantastic Experience!

We really lucked out when we found this rental online! We moved from Florida to Colorado and needed a place to stay while we looked for a home to buy. We stayed for 5 months and enjoyed every minute of it. The gorgeous view of the mountains is breathtaking. The home was perfect for us- just the right size with a cute fenced backyard and comfortable, fashionable furniture. Everything inside and out was clean and well kept. We took daily walks in the park across the street. We loved the central location and it was easy to get anywhere in Colorado Springs. Finally, our landlord Jon could not have been nicer or more accommodating and responsive. We appreciated his flexibility and friendliness. We have all good memories of our stay and this experience. Highly recommend!!

Stunning mountain view!

Stunning mountain view from front living room window, friendly and safe neighborhood park right across the street. House is very clean, equipped with everything plus some extras. My husband and I are medical traveling professionals and this house met all our expectations. Safe neighborhood and friendly people all around. Jon, the landlord himself is friendly, considerate and responds promptly when needed. Loved it so much and we already miss it!! We will definitely rent here again!

Perfect Location

J was very responsive and respectful landlord. We greatly enjoyed our 4 month stay in the house. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect as we were both working at nearby hospitals. It's close to a shopping center and has a park right across the street. We also enjoyed walking on the paths nearby. The views of Pike's Peak really cannot be beat. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the area.
