Home Away From Home

We have rented this condo during winter months for the past 8 years. It is our home away from home. Comfortable and spacious. Neighbors are social and friendly. Landlord is quick to respond to and resolve any concerns. Golf and tennis pro-shops are only one block away. Great vacation value.

Great and Comfortable Stay!

Very cozy and comfortable! Felt like a second home away from home! P was vey kind and checked in on us and made sure everything was fine!

High Price and Low Quality

Location is near international airport so you hear loud jet engines every few minutes. Master bed frame and mattress are so uncomfortable we had back pain the first night before buying a $350 mattress cover. Master bathroom was inoperable for the first 3 weeks due to broken toilet and shower, and even after "fixing" the shower it was only lukewarm so we used the guest bathroom. Dishes were dirty and cupboards were sticky. The couch breaks apart and is incredibly uncomfortable. Garage door motor was broken for an entire month, despite telling the owner. Rats/mice in the kitchen/garage walls as well as outside, and they chewed my car's electrical wires, costing $600 to repair. Owner relies on an 80-year-old handyman who is sweet but takes forever and shows up without tools. Vaccuum does not properly clean. Owner never takes responsibility and always blames others, not once apologizing for her crappy rental. Wish I saw a review of this place before moving there. Good luck. Beware of host.
