Could not ask for a better place. The apartment is warm and inviting. Everything thing you need is supplied. The owner is responsive and accessible. The neighborhood is safe, within walking distance to downtown and hospitals. the Perks: Driveway for parking your, ample street parking for guests. Coffee shop around the corner, Chinese Massage 2 blocks up open til 9pm, nearby park.

A great area for a travel nurse who is working Moses Cone or Wesley long hospital

It is a private and quiet area. the owner is so friendly and kind. she is always approachable. There is a backyard for a pet as well. Neighbors are quiet and nice. Also, this area is good access to highway, gym, and markets as well. we are so grateful to stay here in this area. :)

Perfect Location

The studio is a quaint and lovely space. It is very well appointed with all the items needed, from all the kitchen necessities to cleaning supplies and linens. The owner is very considerate and responds quickly to any inquiries or needs. The property is very centrally located and is 10 minutes or less to pretty much anywhere in the Greensboro area. Moses Cone hospital is an 8 minute drive and Wesley Long is about a 6 minute drive. Grocery stores are less than 5 minutes away and there are tons of trails to hike and explore, all within less than 10 minutes! I would definitely recommend the studio rental for anyone needing a place to stay in the Greensboro area and I would also rent here again if I were to return to the area.
