Downtown-St. Lukes & Courthouse

Great Location!

We loved staying in this unit and the location can't be beat! Everything is walkable, whether it's groceries, restaurants, bars or Boise's places of interest. St. Luke's and the courthouse are both just a couple of blocks away, no need to drive. The building is well maintained and very quiet (with the exception of the construction across the street - which is temporary). The unit is very comfortable and well stocked - with everything you would need, especially in the kitchen. Susan is a great landlord. She was very responsive and quick to offer recommendations around town. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Excellent location, apt was perfect!

The building is secure, very quiet, close to EVERYTHING! Apt was beautifully decorated, spacious, clean & tidy, comfy bed, plenty of closet space, with a beautiful view of downtown. No doubt we will stay here again! Owner was extremely nice & kind. & yes, when we locked ourselves out she was more than happy to help! Thanks S!! It was our pleasure to meet you.

Great Location

Great Location! Walking to St. Luke's Boise is closer than employee parking lot. very nice downtown area. Safe, secure, and quiet building. Probably best for day shift workers. It's a very bright and light apartment. Susan, the owner, is absolutely great and very prompt and responsive to any needs. You should be aware that the A/C and Heat is controlled by the building and HOA determines when they turn it on for the building. Overall, a great, safe, secure stay and highly recommended.
