No Refundable Deposit, False advertisement
Mrs. M had great communication and the house was clean and neat. Myself and 2 other nurses signed contracts with M that stated our 1200 deposit would be refundable upon move out. Our Travel contracts ended early and we never received our deposit back. We have reached out to her multiple times, at first she would respond and give us a specific date that we should expect our deposit back. That day has come and gone. It has been 3 weeks since we moved out and she has stopped answering our text messages. If you decide to stay here and expect your deposit back , that will not be the case.
