Welcoming and safe

Lori made me feel so welcomed when I was in Santa Monica! She was very quick and efficient with getting me moved in quickly when I was in need. Very knowledgeable about the area and more than happy to show you around the neighborhood! Pretty quiet during the days for me as a travel nurse. Underground parking is a huge plus as well. Walking distance to St. John's! Always felt very safe when staying here and I cannot recommend this housing enough.

Lori is truly an exceptional host. From day one, she made sure I felt welcomed and at home. Shes respectful, kind, and communicates clearlyalways checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares just by the way she speaks and interacts. Her place is a hidden gempeaceful, well-kept, and in a prime location. Youre minutes away from everything: restaurants, the beach, grocery stores, churches, even the hospital. The room itself was perfect: clean, spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a private bathroom. It had everything I needed. Lori was always flexible and accommodating and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Honestly, if I hadnt accepted a permanent job in the Bay Area, I wouldve stayed much longer. And if work ever brings me back to Santa Monica, Id stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Great Host/Great place

Lori is a great host who makes you feel welcomed! Comes with a fully furnished room with tons of space for all your clothes. Home is clean and spacious. Great kitchen and living space to do work and cook a meal. The place is in a good area. Everything you need is in walking distance.

Great place in Santa Monica!

Loris place was wonderful. As described, private guest room and bathroom with access to kitchen and parking. Parking is huge in Santa Monica, so it was quite wonderful that secure garage parking was included with rent. Location cant be beat as its just blocks from the ocean and the Third Street Promenade. Lori is lovely to with and a pleasure to share a place with. She was incredibly attentive to any minor issues that arose as well. Worked out perfectly for our 4 month stay in Santa Monica. Would highly recommend.

amazing property!

I was coming to Santa Monica area on a contract for a few months and found L's place to stay at. Not only is the home amazing but the location is great. I was able to walk to/from work in about 10 minutes. L was an extremely gracious host and always made sure I felt comfortable and welcome. Would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity came.

Fantastic location and amazing person

I needed a place while working with UCLA for about 6 months. I found L's place and it was perfect. The location itself is great, fun walking distance to lots of places to eat/shops/gyms, and even work at UCLA SM for me; definitely helped too because parking can be tough in Santa Monica. Lori has a subterrain garage, and split the room with me so I could park my vehicle in the garage (safe/secure/convenient) . The house is quiet (never once heard the neighbors). The room is a good size and has its own private bathroom/shower. The house was always clean, and since I had a lot of studying and zoom meetings, I also appreciate how quiet and comfortable it was. Me and L had busy schedules so we often didn't see each other at all for long periods of times but every time we did, it was always nice to catch up and talk. L was super easy to get along with and just a genuine good person. Definitely would go back and highly recommended.

Lori place

L is an amazing person. If you need somewhere quit and private her place is perfect. The location is central for shopping necessities. The beach is a 10min walk. The neighborhood is perfect and safe for walking. You get your own private restroom and parking! Her place is very clean and quiet. L is very sweet and kind.

Most amazing place

This condo is perfect for all your LA needs. L (homeowner) is simply terrific and very accommodating. She introduced me to some of her friends the first day I was there and now they are my closest friends. The condo has a perfect shared kitchen amongst yourself and L. The bedroom is quaint with unbelievable closet space and a private bathroom. Have stayed here twice and it has been amazing each time. Just a quick 10 block walk and you are down at the park overlooking the most beautiful beaches! 10/10 recommend staying here to everyone!
