Wonderful place with wonderful hosts

Coming from Central TX to Schenectady, Cindy and Shawn made me feel right at home. Their home was clean and well maintained, they had plenty of amenities to let me cook and store food, and they were extremely helpful with giving me tips to navigate the area and find essentials/fun things to do. I felt the value I paid for the living area was perfect. They are truly great people and If I were to go back to upstate NY temporarily again I would stay with them 100%.

C and s have a beautiful home that is bright and welcoming. The room is exactly what I needed for my assignment.

Amazing !!!!!!

I must say my stay here was very home like. The hosts make you feel very welcome and provide your a personal space for food storage and a community cooking kitchen to cook in with all untenable needed . The house is very quiet and has a professional feel as far as being able to sleep and prepare for work . Every space is clean and laundry is in house and very convenient. I had a great stay and couldnt ask for more from both house and host. I would suggest anyone who is of adult mind and professional aspirations to stay here and your travel assignment will go very smooth as far as your base situation . I was very impressed and would seek this property out if I was to be in the area again . Thank you both for a great stay !!!!!!

I am currently staying at this address for my contract. Of all the places I have rented, this home is by far the best! The house is owned by a very nice and respectful couple. They have totally made me feel at home. The house is clean, spacious, and artful. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. All the parkways, stores, and restaurants are five minutes away. The owners have two dogs, cats, fish, and birds. They are very friendly and lovable. I feel like I'm getting pet therapy daily! There are a lot of activities locally as well as in Albany. Hiking is close by the Mohawk River. I am very thankful to be here. I cannot recommend this place enough.

comfortable home away from home

This home was a comfortable place to stay. The husband and wife team made sure I was comfortable and were very accommodating. The room was very spacious with lots of storage. The home was close enough to the highway and surrounded by markets and store that help to met anyone's needs. I would stay there again; home highly recommended.

Great stay!

I loved staying here with this family. They made me feel right at home from day one. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and only a short drive to many grocery stores and shopping. I would happily stay here again if I find myself back in this area!

Nice quiet place Near almost every things.

I enjoyed my stayed here and saddened that I am leaving after 4months stay. This place is near every things, it is very quiet and situated in a nice, beautiful neighborhood. I hope to stay here again in the near future. The owners are wonderful people and show great deal of hospitality to their guests.

Wonderful place to stay!

I am currently staying with the hosts during one of my internship rotations for Optometry school. They have been so wonderful in creating a very welcoming home away from home! The space is quiet with all amenities one would need. It is in a lovely neighborhood, with grocery stores and other shopping nearby. Downtown Albany is a easy 20 minute drive away. The hosts were very helpful in introducing me to the area and providing recommendations when needed. I would happily recommended this home to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Failed to return security deposit

I moved out three months ago, on May 31, 2023. C and S did not return my security deposit. They said they did, but I did not receive it and they refused to provide any proof (such as a certified return receipt or cashed check) that they had ever mailed it to the address they were clearly provided in writing.

Home Away from Home

I have to admit, I have been at this property for 30 days now and just feel at home. The hosts are wonderful and has made me feel comfortable I recommend this property for your stay. Everything needed is provided and located close to different shopping centers. Cozy is an understatement, you will not regret

Quiet and comfy!

The space was quiet and had all the amenities that one would need while away from home! The hosts were amazing and very respectful of my privacy. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone! It is located near a lot of shopping and restaurants! The space was very quiet and comfy!

Nice place to rent!

I've had a great stay here! The hosts are super welcoming and laid-back. They've been a great resource for things to do in the area, that has been super helpful. All their animals are friendly and the house/room is cozy and outfitted with everything I could need.

Amazing Home

I stayed here for almost three months and the hosts have been wonderful and welcoming. The room is spacious, private, and furnished with everything you'll need. It is in a great and safe neighborhood, with tons of shops and restaurants nearby. They have two dogs and two cats, who are playful and friendly. Also, two birds and a fish. If you are an animal lover, this is the place for you!

Great and safe neighborhood, close to all.

Awesome Hosts

c and S are great hosts and they make you feel like youre part of their family. Their home is clean and has that warm family feel to it. Their three dogs are extremely well behaved and quite friendly. In addition to these lovable dogs, there is super cuddly cat, two birds and two fishes, so one can have instant pets when staying with C and S. Room is spacious, clean and quiet, with plenty of Sunshine.

Great Suburban Location

The room is spacious and the house is in a nice suburban neighborhood. Parking is never an issue and the owners are lovely. I highly recommend this place if you are going to Albany for an assignment as this location is in a safe area. All of the hospitals are within a decent driving distance. The area has many restaurants and fast food places along with big stores like Target. Really convenient place to be.

Great quiet stay

The hosts are awesome, very warm and welcoming. I was nervous for my first assignment but they make it easier to be away from home. Couldn't have asked for better hosts!
