Awesome place

Excellent townhome and awesome owners. Walking distance to downtown Athens.. shopping and restaurants. Close to University of Georgia and surrounding hospitals. We enjoyed it the home tremendously.

Great property and landlords!

The property was just as described, newly renovated and has everything a traveler could need! Its location is great to walk to the nearby downtown and park behind the Arts Center. We had a large dog who enjoyed the fenced yard and we are very thankful for the landlords who allowed him, as that can be hard to find. M & L were great landlords, who were very thoughtful and responsive whenever we needed them. We would definitely stay at this property and rent from them again!

Excellent property, location, and landlords

L and M and perfect landlords. They are responsive, kind, and genuinely want your stay to be comfortable. They checked in with us regulary to ensure that we had everything we needed for our stay and the place was clean and perfectly furnished with everything we required for our stay. You only need to bring groceries, they provided everything else. We loved the fenced in back yard, and so did our dog! Outstanding property- pictures don't do it justice

Beautifully appointed large 2 bed/2 full bath- fully redone townhouse. This townhouse is just cute as can be inside. The inside has been thoughtfully done and remodeled. I enjoyed a nice fenced backyard. I loved the location and walkability to everything. The property is clean and bright. I cook so the full size kitchen and dining area was a huge plus! - not mentioned is a lovely enclosed porch for sipping coffee or wine and it is clean and bright. Being a travel nurse I loved the storage for 3 months worth of "stuff". It has a washer and dryer which is a huge plus! It is steps from the art center which has tons of green space for walking and a park. The landlord is super and I would rent from him and his wife any day, they are responsive and cared about my stay. Next time I am that direction- I hope one of his units is free! LOVED it!
