Awesome Landlords. Safe neighborhood. Very clean.

D and J are great, easygoing landlords. They were always available when needed but also really respected your space. The apartment was really clean, probably the cleanest furnished finder I've stayed in. The bed was super comfortable and had high quality linens. Everything felt solid and well made, and you can tell a lot of thought went into it. This area is very safe, with reliable street parking, a great neighborhood for walking, and lots of nature right out back. Overall, it was a really comfortable and peaceful place to live...all thanks to D and J!

Our stay here was wonderful! The home is surrounded by beautiful trees in a quiet and safe neighborhood thats perfect for morning and evening walks. Deb and Jeff were great and always made sure we had everything we needed. There are excellent restaurants and cafs along Park Blvd just minutes away. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-kept stay in Oakland.

Great place for short-term stay!

Debe and Jeff were very nice and responsive landlords. The apartment is in a safe and pretty location, only a 5 min drive from Highland Hospital and ~10 min from Lake Merritt. The place itself is well-furnished and cute. Its great for a short-term stay!

Fantastic reprieve from daily work life

Stayed here for 7 months and it was fantastic. Debe and Jeff were very attentive but also maintained privacy. The place itself felt perfect for my needs.

Great place to stay.

This is a beautiful place to stay. It's in a great location. Quiet and safe. I loved the surroundings. Lots of trees and wildlife. Great comfortable bed. D and J are wonderful hosts. Very accommodating and respectful of your privacy. They worked with me when I extended my contract twice. It's a comfortable space. Bright and open feeling. I loved how much natural light it had, and the bed felt like you were in a treehouse with a beautiful oak tree outside. It's close to Lake Merritt (a trendy beautiful part of Oakland) and Fitness SF (a great gym that I went to almost every morning a 5 am), only a 6 min drive. Some great grocery stores nearby as well. I recommend this space for any travel nurse who wants to a nice place to crash after a long day. You can't go wrong.

Absolutely lovely

The hosts were lovely and so was the space. The bed is very comfortable, the home is beautiful, the location is in the safest part of Oakland, and you can walk to a few shops/restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with D & J . However I was a longer term tenant and without access to laundry or a stove in-unit, it became difficult to justify the price of continuing to stay in this space.

Safe and serene

Safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. Landlords were great and easy to communicate with. Bed was comfortable with a great bay view from your bed. Small grocery store and great restaurants within 3 blocks walking distance (as well as laundry). It made my Oakland stay very enjoyable! You do NOT feel like youre in a big city when sitting out on the back deck.

Great Secluded Stay in the Oakland Trees

The landlords we're great with communication, providing personal space or spending and evening socializing. The walk back to the apartment is a beautiful forested oasis with frequent deer, hummingbirds and other wildlife. Access to the back deck and quick access to the highway for commuting to work. I would stay here again if I found a contract back in the area.

Clean, Modern, Beautiful, Quiet Property w/ Great Landlords in awesome neighborhood

This is a beatiful, furnished, modern, and quiet unit. There kitchen is stocked, the bed is comfortable and includes sheets, comforter, and pillow, and towels. Tastefully furnished and clean. The landlords are very cool, respectful, and professional. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with everything you need a few blocks away including cafes, laundry, post, salons, market, etc. Highly reccomended, would stay here again!
