Exclusive & Private Unit in a Prized Location

Mr Adam & Megan are great & honest landlords. The house is clean & quiet. I felt safe living there for almost 2 months. Kitchen is user-friendly. House lay-out is cozy. I quickly adjusted to the sound of the train passing. Sometimes, I even look forward to it because its too quiet. My favorite is the walk-in closet. The drive to & from Community Hospital is very fast & easy. Thank you for letting me stay. I appreciate you guys. Suggestion: Switch the bed & sofa location so the head of the bed is farther from the road

The property is the perfect stay for the solo traveler! The area is quiet and very safe. I'm a solo female traveler and never felt unsafe. Easy access to i-70, 10 minutes from the Colorado Monument and about 20 minutes to Grand Junction. The property itself was beautifully furnished and newly updated. The fireplace and in unit AC were great additions to keep you comfortable throughout the year. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! Plenty of storage space throughout the unit. Adam was a great landlord and there were never any issues with communication when I had questions or needed maintenance. Overall, would definitely stay again and would recommend this to anyone staying on the Western Slope!

This was an amazing place. I loved living here while I was doing my travel nurse job at Community Hospital. I loved Loma. I did not want to come back to Texas. A and M were great. Both of them were there when I needed them. The town was very quiet. I loved the train at night. So many things to do in this part of Colorado. I. hope to come back here either for travel job or to stay as a perm resident once day. The town was very friendly. A and M thank you so much and this review was long overdue!!

My stay at the post was pleasant. The owner A was very helpful and the house was clean and cozy. A short drive from a lot of cool to do's while your in CO. It's also a hop and skip away from beautiful Utah. And if you ever need great quality ground beef or amazing breakfast sausage A can also provide that. All around great helpful owner and beautiful cozy house easily made a home also an amazing washer and dryer in home! We locked ourselves out and he was so gracious to come quickly and let us back in.

I stayed here for 5 months while working remotely and exploring the area. It is clean. It has a nice comfortable bed, a new washer and dryer and parking right next to the door. The internet/WiFi was reliable and allowed me to do CAD work remotely. It served as a good base to explore the numerous mountain biking and hiking trails close by. The Colorado National Monument is a short car ride away. The Black Canyon of the Gunnison and Moab area can easily be done as day trips. The town of Fruita is nearby with lots of good restaurants, a grocery store and shops. The landlord, A, is very personable and easy to work with.
