AMAZING Stay!!

I absolutely loved my time at Niki's place...so much so that I came back a few weeks later. It looks exactly like the photos, and the location is incredible. You are right across from the beach, and walking distance from Main Street. There's a cute patio for morning coffee. Niki is an incredible host! So welcoming and hospitable. As a solo female traveler, it was nice to stay at a place where I felt safe, and Niki made sure to create that environment. Within days of checkout, she sent me back my deposit which was greatly appreciated. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

1 Min Walk To Beach! Lovely Community!

If you are looking for the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience, this is it. Staying here for several months was the best decision I could have made. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, allowing for a daily connection to the coast that you just can't find elsewhere. And I love the proximity to the Huntington Beach Pier, shopping, hotels and walking trail along beach! The home is thoughtfully furnished and very comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat. Love the heated pool and jacuzzi near by and the deck allows for a great sunset view. Most importantly, the sense of community in the area is fantastic—everyone is friendly and there’s a genuine 'neighborly' feel that made my long-term stay feel very secure and happy. Loved Niki and Earl, the hosts! We were fast friends and they were so supportive, hospitable and easy to communicate with! Highly recommend!

Great location and many amenities!

Would highly recommend. Niki is very helpful with everything from moving in to anything you need while you are there. Place is located walking distance to the beach and not too far from shops/restaurants/pier. Clubhouse also has pool/jacuzzi and gym and everyone is very nice in the neighborhood. Dog friendly area too! I really enjoyed it as my first stay in California and would recommend it :)

One word...PARADISE!

The minute I saw this property on Furnished Finders, I was sold. When I arrived and settled in, it was nothing short of AMAZING. It's literally across from the beach. A hop, skip and jump from a cornucopia of beauty, bliss and ultimate nirvana. Not to mention all the fun places within walking distance. I frequented the several hot spots on Main Street and along Huntington State Beach when hosting guests. Endless fun GUARANTEED. The rental unit itself is clean, fully-equipped with all the necessities and super private and cozy. Niki is an absolute GEM. Always so responsive and there for whatever is needed. She really cares about her tenants and goes above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. The decor is SO elegant and beachy. The entire property is super safe. The first day I arrived, Niki greeted me with open arms. Such a friendly community with warm, welcoming vibes. Everything could not have been more perfect. Niki, thank you for such a memorable stay!!!

Studio review

Perfect location directly across the street from Huntington Beach!! I loved my stay here, the community is super safe with a coded gate and has really nice amenities. The place is newly renovated place, with your own entrance. Niki was a great landlord; she was very welcoming and accessible if I had any questions!

Wonderful!

New deck is wonderful and you can see the ocean from it. The landlord is easy to contact and will always respond. Wonderful, close-knit community just across the street from the beach and a wonderful workout room.

Perfect Location

Perfect location on Huntington Beach!! Being a runner and having a dog it was important for me to be close enough to the beach path and this was the perfect place. The studio is so cute and has everything you need. The nuwave is like having a stove burner and the dishwasher is a nice touch! Super nice washer and dryer and big bed!! There's also lots of storage (drawers in the bed, huge ottoman that opens up, dresser). All of the neighbors were very friendly. I always felt safe here! The community amenities (pool, gym,etc) are very nice and updated.

HB home

This location is so RAD. Very lovely community ammenties. My favorite amenity hands down is the Jacuzzi.. it was amazing!. This property is such a vibe and the local community neighbors are kind and courteous . It was a special and unique opportunity to live in this beach community. But let me not forget to mention the Beach is only a hop, skip, and jump away. So so very awesome. The California coastline is right across the way. A beautiful beach, HB is groovy! A fun beach town! N is simply pure and so sweet. While I was not able to stay in the studio; I would have without a doubt stayed there. For me; while N was away on a trip; I did have the opportunity to live in the room of the verified owner bungalow home (separately attached to the master suite) & For that I am truly grateful.

BEST place I have EVER stayed!!

BEST property I have EVER stayed in! The bar is now set VERY high for me. niki and Earle are the most kind, gracious and generous people I have ever rented from. House is SO adorable and light and CLEAN. Beach is literally less than two minutes walking across the street. I worked at CHOC and I worked long hours to come home to a very expensive comfy bed and huge rainfall shower. My dog was well received and Earle even took her out once in a while. I made bread from scratch in the air fryer convection oven and had everything I could ever need. Will miss this beautiful beach town and I got to take surfing lessons across the street. Owners doing a bit of remodel making everything super updated and fancy. I wish I could stay for the summer. Going to miss this slice of Heaven so much. If you get a chance to stay, jump on it. They bet people very well and all of the neighbors are so chill also and inviting. Neighbor owns a pizza biz and fed me more than a few times. Quiet, private and classy

3 Month Furnished Stay in Huntington Beach

I moved to California for the summer for an internship and needed a short term furnished place and was so glad I found Ns place! The place is nicely furnished and everything is brand new. Had own space w/ kitchenette but could also use main kitchen to cook/prep meals if I wanted to. N was very good to me and welcoming and helped to show me the area! The area is great so close to the beach and main street. Also nice to have the clubhouse w/ the pool, hot tub, and gym.

Huntington Beach

Great spot, next to beach. Updated, clean place and Niki was very accessible to answer any questions. I would absolutely stay here again. This host was a great host- very responsive and available to answer questions. The accommodations have been updated and included everything I needed. The exterior entrance was a nice plus with a gated entry to the property., Quiet but within easy walking distance to the beach and short drive/uber to HB.

This emergency room, nurse, found heaven at the beach!

If you are lucky enough to stay here with N and E, jump on it ASAP! They are great host. Amazing location directly across the street from the beach. House is just like the pics. Walk everywhere or take a short Uber to Main Street or Pacific city, NBA, LB, CM, Balboa, and more. I love smelling the ocean air and this gated community has a full gym and heated, swimming pool and a huge Jacuzzi. House is quiet and decorated with style. I worked at OC Memorial ER department and the commute was only 15 minutes. I am from South Carolina and loved this experience. They have a huge list of people wanting to rent, so jump on it if you can. Fourth of July is amazing fireworks on the beach, and the blue angels show is right across the street as well as tons of concerts, events daily. Neighbors are all super friendly. beach house stay

Can't say enough wonderful things about this property. Location is just like it says "right across the street from the Beach and all of the fun; yet quiet and peaceful and calm environment. I worked at the VA full time and studied at night in total peace and quiet while finishing my residency. N and E make things very comfortable and never did I not have all the privacy I needed. You can interact as little or as much as you want and they are always there to accomodate you. If you want the nightlife, just walk or Uber a few blocks down to main street or Pacific City as well as Huntington Beach Pier. Lots of fun activities like surfing, concerts etc. Newport Beach, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Long Beach are very close as well. The gated community and residents are so nice and it's just a really cool vibe. There is a huge heated swimming pool, updated gym and large jacuzzi on site as well as a car wash. Im recommending this place to family and friends, would def stay here again! -N

Great Place!

This is a great place to live! When I moved into the property, N made sure I knew the lay of the land. She took time out of her busy day to take me all over Huntington Beach. N showed me the local spots and gave me a full tour. We had lunch, walked the beach, and had a great time. The place is beautiful and updated. If you want alone time in the living room, just ask and she'll give you space. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful Beach House!!!!

This is such an amazing property and I LOVED my stay here. You cannot ask for a better location. My commute to UCI was a breeze which is a very important thing to me as a nurse. Then on my days off I was able to enjoy the beach or the pool. The beach is across the street and it is sooo nice! There is also a very nice path along the ocean to walk or ride your bike. This place it made it very easy to relax on my days off. I felt very safe in the gaited community. N is a very nice and accommodating person, super easy to work with. She made our move here so much easier and I know we can ask her for anything we need with no hassle. I will be back!

Loved it!!

The location was amazing! I tell this to everyone and cant say it enough. Being by the beach is a dream. Every night after my shifts Id go walk, bike or rollerblade on the beach. Its so nice to have that luxury especially coming from Colorado which was land locked. The house itself is in a gated community, has a pool and hot tub and was welcoming. It was great to come home to everyday with all the open lighting and clean home. The showers alone were such a luxury! Her neighbor was also super great to have around. It was nice to have someone there if I ever needed help. There are so many cool things to do in the area, the location in general is pristine. I commuted 30 min to UCI but it was worth coming back here everyday. N was so accommodating. Shes such a sweet soul and I couldnt recommend her enough. I will definitely be back!!

AMAZING BEACH HOUSE!!!!

Best place to be during a pandemic is right across the street from the beach! I came here from Seattle and this home does not disappoint! Light, Bright and airy for sure. I loved the floor to ceiling windows and being able to ride my bike for hours to destress at the beach. When going inside to eat/drink/work out was so difficult, being at the beach made life easy. I worked 5 days a week at Hoag in Newport Beach which is literally 5 mins away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! My master suite was amazing, clean and the shower beyond delightful. High ceilings, comfy bed, amazing roomie when she was here. She even let my friends from out of state visit for a week for a small fee for the water bill. I wish I could move here to California and live this beach lifestyle forever.. There is a long list of people wanting to come to this home, so book early. I literally saw N having to decline people's requests on a daily basis. Be one of the lucky ones and book early. I will be back!!!

I would recommend N to anyone looking to rent a room! She was polite, considerate, sociable, helpful and caring. I felt good, safe and comfortable living in her beautiful home. As a person she was wonderful to get to know. She also has a wonderful neighbor, very friendly, polite and considerate, that looked after the property extremely well. The weather is pretty close to perfect, especially for biking the beach trail. Main street is the best spot for restaurants. I will be back! I wish you all the best.

Beautiful oasis just a block from the beach!

Beach life is the best! Especially for this tired PICU traveler in the midst of a pandemic. Gated community is just a short walk/bike ride from the beach. Easily accessible to all that Huntington Beach or Newport Beach have to offer. Community also has a heated pool, hot tub and fitness center. Interior is light, airy and calming. Open windows to take in the beautiful beach breeze. Guest bedroom is comfortable with a large closet + dresser. Private bathroom with huge shower. Laundry is available in the home. Tandem off-street parking available. N has a big heart and is very flexible. She travels often as well, so youll sometimes have complete privacy.

Absolutely Amazing!!!!! Ill be back!

I just LOVED this location!! Being from Tennessee it was pricier than I was accustomed to, but Wow "what a lifestyle!" I was able to watch the surfing competition right across the street and fireworks on the 4th of July. The showers are HUGE with rainfall showerheads. Bed super comfy, closet organizers and PRIVATE BATH. There are so many nursing opportunities and home health agencies hiring everywhere. I worked in Home Health and loved coming home to this Clean and open home. Tandem parking not an issue. Newport Beach/LongBeach/Seal Beach/Costa Mesa all within a few miles. Catalina Island and Balboa Island boat excursions; Too many excursions/fun things to list. N is very flexible with the renters and sometimes I was alone and sometimes another Nurse but she worked nights, so I never saw her. I would give this place TEN STARS!

Best rental ever

STAY HERE! You will love it! I am an RN from DC and it was my first travel assignment. I left the cold and came to paradise. Niki was so helpful and kind. She makes everything ok no matter what your concern. She will help you feel right at home. I have a HUGE Master bedroom and HUGE spa bathroom all upgraded. I love the fancy gated entrance with waterfalls and the many swimming pools and tennis courts. I come home to a resort every night living here. Hot tub and pool is right outside my bedroom patio. Beautiful green grounds and mountains all around with palm trees. I love it! Tropical and Desert in one place. Don't miss this opportunity, Niki has a waiting list. I give 100 stars! Great!

I am Italian, from Sicily and I love Niki's home! Working from home, teaching to my students, its very comfortable. Niki's house is very clean and across street from the beach. You can take walks, ride a bike and meet people from all over world. Niki and I both cook healthy food, and you can have nice conversations with her. Niki is an international traveler and we have a lot in common. We laugh a lot, she can be a great company or you can have as much as alone time you want.
