Great Stay!

I rented the basement and had an excellent stay! Parking was always available for me and any issues were taken care of immediately. She was so kind and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed! I would rent from her again in the future if need be.

Great place. I rented a room from her. She was great. I arrived and she was ready for me along with a signed copy of the lease. Parking was always available for me. She was a great host. Always asking if I needed anything and if I ever needed something just to ask her. She allowed me to end my lease a few days earlier and was fair in price. She was a great host and would definitely rent from her again if Im near the area.

Excellent/ Beautiful!!

This beautiful townhouse is perfect for traveling professionals! Plenty of space, excellent location in Raleigh! I am currently renting & hope for more extentions!! Betty is a wonderful person as well as easily able to do business with. She has a 2nd location within her townhouse available in early June 2023! My in-law suite with private entrance has been perfect & exactly as advertised! I have no doubt her other space is just as perfect! I am only hoping to stay past September myself! If coming to Raleigh, do not pass up an opportunity to stay at this location!!

Beware

I mailed a signed rental agreement from 8/1-10/30. Upon arrival she did not meet me in person. I had to ask for the wi-fi passcode, where the trash bin was, washer/dryer, etc. She did not sign the lease agreement or give me a copy. When my contract was renewed, I asked to extend staying at the unit. She agreed. Nothing was in writing. Toward the end of September she would text me asking me to bring in her mail/packages into the main house. I felt there was very little privacy. A parking space was assigned to me. She asked me to give her my keys to my car so she could move it to make space for other vehicles and asked me to let her know when I was out of town so she could use the space. When I complained, she asked me to park 4-5 blocks away. I gave a 30 days notice 10/26, paid for Nov. and left on the 16th. I haven't gotten my deposit back despite having emailed and calling her. I'm seeking legal actions. Beware when renting from her and get everything signed in writing.
