Amazing location

I dont even know how to begin explaining my gratitude towards the host and just the fact that we found this place. We were here while my husband did a year fellowship at UC Davis, and right when we arrived this place felt very at home. Great furniture, appliances and cookware, which was nice since we moved from the Midwest with nothing but our cat and clothes. Also, any time there were any issues, the hosts were quick to respond and address the issue. They are always on top of it. Theres a new convenient store within the neighborhood, which is great in case you run out of something. The location is awesome too! Youre by the freeway and downtown, which makes it easy to get placeOn Sundays, theres also a farmers market on X street under the freeway which is literally walking distance. I loved going every weekend and getting the fresh Cali fruits and veggies then going to Offbeat Coffee (also walking distance) to get a double matcha latte.

When I found this place, I was so excited to live here and it did not disappoint! Its a very clean home with lots to do within such close proximity. I always felt safe in this home and it is an active neighborhood with the dog park near by. The owners are very friendly, responsive, and helpful as well. Its everything you could ask for as a rental. I would highly recommend this place!

Great Stay for UC Davis Contract

We loved J's place! I stayed here with a friend and it was perfect for the two of us. Anytime we needed anything, J was very responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have our own bathroom in each bedroom. The kitchen was spacious which made for easy cooking. We also had access to the garage and a parking pass for the street. The street required passes (provided) and improved ease of parking. I worked at UC Davis Med Center during my time and it was a really easy commute due to how close the complex is located to the freeway. The entire complex is brand new and comes with a Dog Park and walking paths around the neighborhood. The surrounding areas may deter people because there are some homeless around, but many families live here and I never felt unsafe when by myself. Friendly pro tip, the TVs are not smart TVs so if you have an apple TV hook up or fire stick or something like that, it is helpful for streaming. Otherwise I have no complaints!

Amazing home, safe location, very responsive landlords

I loved this place! It was a cozy home and looked exactly like the pictures. Has all the furniture, appliances and cooking tools you need. The wifi had good speed and was reliable for someone who worked from home. I liked how it is dog friendly, the park in front of the property is a plus. To top it off the landlords were very friendly and responsive. They welcomed us with the sweetest care basket and gave us recommendations on things to do around the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location.amazing landlord!!

I moved into this property expecting to only be there for the 3 month minimum. J was so welcoming and even left a cute little care package and welcome sign when I arrived. The place is just as beautiful as the pictures and the neighborhood couldnt be more perfect! I ended up staying at the property for an entire year because I loved it so much!! J is so kind and helpful with any needs that may arise during your stay here. There is an amazing dog park literally right out the door of the home! All the neighbors are so welcoming and everyone has dogs. So, if you are a dog parentthis is the place for you!! I would recommend everything about this place over and over! I promise it will not disappoint!

Beautiful property

Fantastic condo in a great location! Great for dog owners since theres a dog park right outside the front door. The landlords are very responsive and professional. Always available for any questions or concerns. The area is safe, comfortable and furnished with all the basics and more!

I absolutely adore this property. So cute and cozy. Also located in a nice safe neighborhood that has quick access to anywhere you need to go. Also the best landlords ever!
