male sleepingroom with shared bathroom. no cooking

Great furnished apartment. Had everything I needed, my own parking spot, and a grocery store not far from the location. Great communication with landlord. Upstairs tenant was quiet. Everything was great.

The apartment is very well supplied, it has everything you need. Full size refrigerator is a plus. L the landlord is very easy to work with, gives you your space but is available if needed. The best part of staying here though is the location. Its is very close to one of the hospital locations (Sanford Broadway) and is within walking distance of downtown Fargo and all the best restaurants/coffee shops. The only downside is theres no laundry, but theres a laundromat just one block away and if youre really tired they do drop off laundry service and their fees are very reasonable. Overall it was a great place to stay for my contract and Id highly recommend it.
