Unpleasant experience

I rented this property for a travel contract and the owner's lack of communication in reference to pest control is ridiculous. It's also not safe for female renters due to the downstairs neighbor and his visitors constantly being aggressive and under the influence. I have photos of broken windows and videos of him throwing branches at other tenants windows while I was there. I've attempted to reach out to the landlord multiple times in reference to my deposit that he has listed as refundable and he continuous to read my messages and ignore them. Also the photos are misleading this is an extremely old unit. Don't rent this unit.
