I stayed here for 3 months while working in Hopewell, VA, and I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The Estradas are friendly and welcoming hosts who care deeply for their guests and their experience while staying with them. My room and bathroom in their home were clean and had everything I needed, and the rest of the home felt cozy. I would love to stay with the Estrada's again in the future, they are a wonderful couple.

Home Away From Home

Stayed here while working a travel contract, and I cannot say enough good things about this unit! Definitely one of the nicest rentals out there, super clean and comfortable! Not only does this rental offer all the comforts of home in a beautiful, safe location, but the homeowners are THE nicest hosts ever! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted and welcomed in as if I were family. G+E were always quick to respond if I needed anything. I'll definitely be staying here anytime I travel to this area in the future!

The best hosts you could possibly ask for. Everything was very clean. The space was more than enough. The hosts could not have done more to make me feel welcome. I can't recommend it more. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great hosts!

This apartment is in a great neighborhood and a great price for everything that's included. The hosts are very gracious and courteous. Will definitely stay here again if I take another contract in the Richmond area.

Safe and nice neighborhood

Was very anxious being far from home the first time. But G and his wife made me feel so comfortable. Felt like I was part of the family already. He made sure I was as comfortable as I could be will definitely go back to his property when I go back to that area.

Would Highly Recommend

I stayed in both the separate unit and the room in the house for a short period while the unit was occupied. Both spaces were comfortable and had everything necessary to enjoy your stay. The hosts were very quick with responses, requests, and made me feel more than welcome in their home. If I ever found myself back in the area, I would be sure to stay with them again.

I would always come back and stay at this place. Quiet and very safe neighborhoods. The place itself is clean and organized. Parking is not a problem. Perfect for night shifters. Everything is working properly. Hosts are extremely generous and welcoming. They made me feel at home and I felt like i was treated as one of their own. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing Placr

This property is amazing. It is clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for someone. I love everything about it. The bedroom is dark during the day so sleeping was easy. From day one I felt like I am at home. The owners are friendly. The area is safe and every one in the neighborhood is friendly. This place is in a perfect location. It is not to far from Richmond but gives me the country vibe that I love. This space is absolutely what was promised.

Best 6 months away from home!

Easy access to major highways, quiet neighborhood, well-maintained home with paved Drive and side entrance into dwelling. Owners are extremely cooperative and helpful. They will work with you with your schedule. They will spoil you with their hospitality. Best time spent away from home!
