Feels like home

I stayed in this studio for 4 months and my experience is nothing short of amazing. The landlord is amazing and welcoming, she made sure I was comfortable and had everything that I needed. She never bothered me, and she is pleasant to talk to as she has many stories to tell. As far as the studio itself, it's cozy and really private with everything that you need. The neighborhood is really nice, quiet and clean with plenty of parking in front of the house. There is also a nice park around the corner where I went running every other day and many teams play baseball. It's close to grocery stores and everything else that you would need. Would definitely return if I have the opportunity.

nice clean safe quiet studio close to every place you would want to go too. the owner of the property was welcoming and helpful getting me settled in then respected my privacy afterwards . became friends with P because she is a sweet lady so my stay here became like visit at my grandmother's! highly recommend this place.

Great place but landlord has poor boundaries

I love the size of this unit and the neighborhood. However P has repeatedly violated many of the agreed upon rules on paper and what was said between us. The final straw was when I felt so unsafe that I needed to buy a security camera. I was shocked to see that she had entered the premise when I only allowed her to enter WITH the maintenance worker. This was not okay. Neighbors are super friendly. Love M and his family.

Lovely

the landlord is a nice woman with great hospitality as well as her friend. I had a warm welcomed and left with nothing but love and appreciation. I can't wait to come back if another opportunity presents itself again. Cool and calm neighborhood by the way!!

Felt Like Home

Wonderful property owner. Felt like home for the little time I was there. Everything you need is a short drive away. Would recommend 100%
