Great Location, Great Room, Great Host!

Maddie is amazing. The accommodations are comfortable and clean, the location is convenient, and everything about the home is relaxed and cozy. Maddie herself is very easy to get along with, and incredibly reasonable as a hostess. Honestly, this place is a hidden gem in this area! I consider myself lucky to have found it and gotten to stay there for a few months.

Wonderful Property with Great Accommodations

This property was an absolute joy to stay in. Maddie is very accommodating and ensures that the property is ready and tidy before you move in. There is plenty of closet space for all of luggage and clothes you decide to bring for your stay. The Wi-Fi is very reliable and supported every electronic device that I brought with no slow down. I appreciated having my own bathroom to store all of my toiletries and my own shower to use whenever I wanted. There is plenty counter space and storage space in the kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Certainly, one of the greatest aspects of the property is that any dog lover will enjoy the absolute 5-star hospitality service that Maddie's dog, Holmes, provides to all guests that enter the home. He gets very excited and can be a little vocal at times, but he is an absolute sweetheart and loves making new friends. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone that is looking to stay within the Englewood area.

Awesome Host

M is an awesome host and roommate who is there to help with any problem you may have. She is full of hiking, sightseeing, and restaurant recommendations for those who want to explore. The apartment is lovely and charming, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy my stay. The bedroom and bathroom are very comfortable and clean. This was the perfect accommodation for my clinical rotation, and the apartment and kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. There are walking paths that connect all of the surrounding neighborhoods, making for a lovely safe place to enjoy a walk. I have very much enjoyed my stay and would rent again in the future!

An Amazing Stay

M is such an amazing hostess! So kind and friendly. Her home is a perfect cozy retreat. It has an excellent location with nearby grocery, coffee shops, and beautiful parks. She has the cutest dog that is a sweetheart. The room and bathroom are good size and well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Will definitely rent again if & when I'm in Colorado!

Great stay

M is a great host and roommate. She is so kind and goes out of her way to help you in any way. She has a fun, energetic dog that loves walks and playing with his toys. Apartment is super clean and room has a comfy bed. Location is in a nice, safe neighborhood with sidewalks and walking paths. Overall, a great stay!

Great room/bathroom/condo and even better host! M was kind, generous, communicative, and courteous and I had all the space and items I needed in my short but comfortable stay.

perfect stay

Beautiful location with trails all around. Also a lake not to far. The room is super clean and the shower is amazing! The host is awesome and super respectful. Also cant beat the price. If you are awesome and respectful I suggest you rent this room.
