Great little spot

This apartment was the perfect place during my travel assignment. Jess is a wonderful landlord and host. She is easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. She makes sure you have everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It's clean and in a very convenient location not only to downtown but multiple hospitals as well. Also walking distance to the lady bird trail!

Cute & cozy spot :)

This place was clean, cozy, had cooking essentials /supplies, lots of natural sunlight, and close to a ton of things to do in Austin. Great location if you want to be close to downtown, lady bird lake trail, and pretty much 10-15 minute drive from dang near everything you need! Jess was absolutely amazing. She is extremely responsive if there are any issues and personable. Overall,I loved my stay here & great overall cute and cozy spot:)

Modern, clean and GREAT property owner

The condo is well appointed and clean, with everything you need (ok, no iron). I didn't lack for anything, including all the basics for my first meal and cleaning supplies. Everything works well and is well maintained. The closet is spacious, and Jes replaced the mattress right after I arrived, so that's super comfortable! It's close enough to downtown and Lady Bird without being right in the middle of the craziness. The general neighborhood has a generous mix of homeless camps aside fancy condos, which keeps things interesting. The neighbors are mostly pretty quiet, and while close to the street, it's far enough that noise is not an issue. Jes is an AMAZING property owner. Very responsive and respectful. I secured this place sight unseen, and I was pleased from the beginning. No unsavory surprises! I highly recommend this place (and Jes) and would stay here again.

Cozy Oasis

Such a great place to stay at in Austin! I loved how it was so cozy and felt like home. Bed was extremely comfy! The location is conveniently located to downtown, lady bird lake, and multiple shops/restaurants. A true gem to the Austin area. The owner J is responsive, friendly, and a superb host!

Awesome place in South Austin

I'm a Physical Therapy student from Texas Tech and had a clinical internship at Central Texas Rehab Hospital. This unit was everything I needed for an 8 week stay. Close to the highway and HEB very close by. J provided everything, was very organized and answered all my questions. The unit was very comfortable and such an awesome place to stay. Patrick

Lovely, Comfortable Apartment!

I had a wonderful stay here! Everything I could need in an apartment was here, and the location was perfect. Tons of stuff to do, excellent restaurants close by, and my commute to work was short and sweet. Jes was super-responsive and a pleasure to do business with. If I'm ever in Austin again, I know where I'll want to stay!
