Landlord is very friendly and addresses any concerns very quickly. Convenient location and nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.
LANDLORD IS GREAT. I HAVE A DOG HE JUST LOVES HER.VERY PET FRIENDLY. ALWAYS ON TOP OF ANYTHING YOU MAY NEED.
Landlord P**** is great. Never bothers you very friendly. Seldom hear him upstairs. Anything breaks or you need anything he is right there to fix.
This is a basement bilevel apartment that is 6 minute drive to Cheshire Medical. It is in a really cute and walkable neighborhood. There is a shared entry way and then stairs down into the apartment. The owner is very nice and I enjoyed my stay here. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because the furniture is pretty outdated and could use an upgrade as far as comfort level. It also was on the noisy side at times, only during the day, since there is a dog upstairs that is younger and tends to bark and run around, but I think that is partly because it's an old house and the sound travels easily. Otherwise, for the price and lack of housing in the area, this was a decent place to stay and I would stay here again.
