I had the pleasure of staying at Perryns property in Birmingham for about three months, and it was an outstanding experience. The unit is beautiful, well-kept, and in a great location. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always helpful, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues that came up. Her southern hospitality and professionalism made me feel welcome from day one. Id highly recommend staying with her to anyone looking for a quality place and a host who truly cares about her guests in the Birmingham area. I cant thank you enough!

Great one bedroom! Great and safe area- 2 min drive to breweries or restaurants. Property owners are very responsive, kind and willing to help with anything you need. 10/10 recommend to stay

Excellent Property

This property was a great find while working in the Birmingham area. The apartment was very clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. Dishwasher, stove, washing machine, as well as a number cookware were provided with the apartment. The apartment is part of a condominium complex with gated parking, a pool, and easily accessible street parking. It is located in a safe area of Birmingham in the well-established Highland Park neighborhood with a number of parks located close for running or walking. There are multiple restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. UAB hospital system and St. Vincent's hospital are both a very short drive away without having to access interstate systems during rush hour traffic. The owners are very easy to work with and are very attentive to make sure you have everything you need during your stay. Would highly recommend.

Rhodes Circle

Rhodes Circle unit is AMAZING! Location is second to none, and the unit is perfect for the short term guest. Pool is relaxing, and great restaurants are just around the corner. Would love to stay again.
