Las Cruces MVRH rotation

As a previous travel nurse, I rented a room for several months for an anesthesia rotation. This is the best place I've stayed over the years. The house is very well positioned, clean, and taken care of. The owner is extremely welcoming, friendly and generous, offering food and to accompany to different events, as you're away from family. I did not get to take advantage of the many perks of the property due to studying, but this location has everything you need. Only 7 min from MVRH at 0530 in the AM, and 10 min back. Many Las Cruces staples are within 10 minute drive. The owner made some improvements to the home but were never disruptive. I would 10/10 recommend, would come back again.

Cozy comfortable home. S is very sweet and caring and took all measures to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. Felt very safe staying at this place.

Great location

This place is definitely in a great location for travel nurses. When I rented this place I signed an agreement that my dog could stay inside. While I was at work during the day I would get a random text stating that my dog needed to be put outside or inside my room as she had someone coming to check the house. As a nurse you know you cant just leave the hospital. Thankfully the ER I was working at let me leave a couple times when this happened and I couldnt get ahold of my dog walker. The owner would come home randomly and stay in her room. It was just an awkward experience that I have never experienced. The place itself was old but updates were being done and it was clean.

Home away from home

The house is very nice and clean. The owner responds within minutes. The owner made several upgrades during my 6 month stay, for the better including an outdoor firepit!The location is within minutes from either hospital, I'm a nurse, and easy access to mall, restaurants and other stores. I would definitely stay there if I have another contract in LC!!
