Furnished Casita ALL BILLS PAID in Safe, Central Location (78209)

I was so pleased to be able to stay in the Casita over the summer. I had sold my house and was waiting to move into another one and Ana-Maria saved the day! All bills were paid and the little house fit my needs perfectly. The Alamo Heights location is super-well situated, close to grocery stores, museums, schools, Broadway, Austin Highway and the airport. Ana-Maria and Kirieth Grace took great care of us, as if we were family. The house is completely appointed, including washer and dryer and outdoor patio. I would stay again for sure!

I stayed in the Casita while attending my senior year at Trinity University. It is only about a five minute drive to the Quarry, which was convenient for whenever I went out to eat or needed anything in that area. It is also not too far from the heart of downtown San Antonio. The neighborhood that the casita is also felt safe even as a single female who would come and go late at night or early in the mornings. In the actual apartment, it felt nicely decorated and well put together to utilize the space-- feels bigger than many studios with smaller square footage because of the layout and the extra garage space with washer/dryer. The walls are a little thin, but there is a nice A/C and heating unit that works very well in the casita as well as a nice new privacy fence out back. A M is a very gracious host and was very welcoming to me! She even picked me up from the airport many times when I flew back and forth on school breaks. She is also attentive to your needs in the casita!

A was an amazing hostess during my stay and the casita is absolutely adorable! My contract was switched to a different hospital halfway through, but my commute stayed the same because of the central location and A was so flexible and worked with me so I never stressed about my housing. A was quick to respond to any needs I had- even replacing the fridge and AC unit for me while I was gone one weekend. This was my first time travel nursing, but she was so professional, kind, and helpful that I felt comfortable and at home immediately. It is very quiet and private in a beautiful part of the city, just a short drive to the farmers market and river walk. I highly recommend this sweet casita if you are looking for a safe, cozy home while traveling to San Antonio!

A-M and K-G are wonderful hosts! The casita is perfect for healthcare travelers who travel solo or as a couple. It has all the essentials you need and a washer/dryer! We stayed there for 10 months and loved everything about the casita! Our stay was very comfortable throughout the summer and winter months. The casita is located in a quiet neighborhood that is safe and centrally located in San Antonio making it easy to commute to any part of the city. There are plenty of restaurants and and grocery stores nearby. A-M makes you feel at home by attending to any needs quickly. Outside of the casita the backyard is beautiful and has comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy the outdoors. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to San Antonio for another contract and would recommend this place for any traveler. Thank you for being amazing hosts!

I stayed in the casita for a month as part of a nursing contract. I can not say enough great things about the casita, the location and the owner. First of all the casita is wonderful and has everything one will need. A plus was the designated washer/dryer that were for my use only. Everything was clean and well maintained and the neighborhood was quite, peaceful but most importantly SAFE. It is close to everything! Walmart, HEB, Target you name it. The hospital was a short 10 minute commute for me and was perfect. The location is impressive with restaurants and entertainment at every corner. The home owner was always going up and beyond looking out for me and checking to see if anything was needed. The month long stay felt minute due to such a relaxing environment. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

The landlord is amazing and very quick to respond if you ever need anything. The casita itself is very quiet and furnished with all essentials. Washer and dryer In the garage are an great perk too! I worked at Northeast Baptist during my stay here and the commute was only 10 min. Even to get downtown its a very quick drive. There are grocery stores nearby and easy access to the highway. Overall a great place to stay!

This was an amazing place to stay. The owners are on top of any and all communications. After I gave them my work schedule, they were so accommodating with Maintainance and were never disruptive to my sleep as I worked at night. The furnishings were amazing and the bed one of the most comfortable Ive slept in apart from my own. It is central to everything, groceries, fun, and food. They were responsive to my requests and suggestions. The use of my personal washer and dryer was the cream on top as I didnt have to disrupt anyone when I washed my scrubs in the middle of the night. The owners are so very helpful and there when you need them but not intrusive in anyway. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors friendly. They always had a good luck on your shift, tonight as I left for work each day. The alley behind the casita was perfect for loading and unloading my car, but I never heard any noise. I would definitely stay here again for my next travel assignment in San Antonio.

I stayed for two months at the Casita, and it was experiencing a little bit of home away from home. The Casita has all the essentials you would need, is quiet, very safe and is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment. The property manager is very responsive and is always ensuring that your stay is meeting your expectations. I would highly recommend staying at the Casita to any single or couple travelers.

I loved staying at this casita! It is in a quiet & safe neighborhood, very clean, comfortable, & has everything you need. The property manager is extremely kind, welcoming, accomodating, & was always checking to make sure everything was good and that I was doing well. The property is so beautiful with lots of plants. As a nurse I really appreciated the quiet environment that allowed me to get good sleep, dedicated washer & dryer to clean my scrubs, the river rock shower, the comfortable couch to relax on, & strong wifi. I would definitely stay here again! Location is incredible: 4 min drive to Natural Grocers, McNay Art Museum 6 min to the Quarry Market: restaurants, shops, movie theater, Trader Joe's 7 min to Broadway Daily Bread, Cappy's Restaurant, Bird Bakery, Merit Coffee 9 min to Commonwealth Coffeehouse with french pastries & lovely outdoor seating, SAT airport 12 min to Brackenridge Park, Japanese Tea Garden, Witte Museum 13 min to Pearl Famer's Market, shops, etc
