This 3 bed 1 bath ground level unit with modern appliances and fiber internet in a relatively quiet neighborhood was a great find! Located close to the highway, this property was also only 10-15 minutes from the gym, grocery store, and hospital in any corner from each other. This unit comes with a detached garage and carport parking spot too. The landlord was on top of any issue and even when he wasn't in town, he coordinated promptly and assisted remotely in any way possible. Overall, this property had everything I needed and I would stay here again without a doubt!

J and B are excellent landlords. They are very responsive to queries and needs. They were never intrusive and very respectful of my privacy and time. Very nice, friendly couple. This is a comfortable basement unit in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to I80 and local amenities are fantastic. Major shopping centers close by, Home Depot/Walmart/Target/Old Navy/Michaels etc. Bakers grocery store blocks away and many restaurants are in the area. I always felt safe walking my dogs in the neighborhood. The apartment itself is well stocked with large and small appliances. Lots of storage space available. The backyard is a nice, quiet area to sit and relax. Plenty of street parking available, never had a problem parking across the street.
