Piedmont paradise is an accurate name

C's property in N portland was absolutely perfect. It has all the amenities you could ever want and the location is perfect - especially if you like to get around by bike (which is the best way in Portland). Any and all needs of mine were met on arrival and anything that came up was dealt with promptly. C was a fantastic landlord.

Cozy Oasis in Portland

This is such a lovely home, with so much beautiful outdoor space! We loved our time here and felt very comfortable. Furniture, including beds, were comfortable. Plenty of extra bedding and linens. Quality towels and sheets. Spacious bathroom on main level, with an extra full bath upstairs which was nice when we had friends come to visit. Kitchen is large and well stocked. Laundry in basement was clean and equipped with quality machines, shared with tenants on lower level. The landlady, Crystal, is the nicest and most welcoming host anyone could ask for. She was attentive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

Great House, Location and Owner

This house is awesome. Being new to Portland, we couldn't have asked for a better first experience. It's been thoughtfully renovated to have many quiet, comfortable outdoor spaces. Inside has great comfort and modernity without losing the century old charm. The location is great for accessing the local eateries, shops, parks, etc. C worked hard to make our stay comfortable and easy. Her care for our stay showed up in her responsiveness and action when we needed something from her or for the house.

The Perfect Home

I rented the upstairs flat of this home for three years and it was a wonderful experience! The house is beautiful, the backyard is quiet and great for summer hangouts. Its a short walk from grocery stores and Peninsula park. 10/10 would live there again.

Beautiful Home!!

Beautiful bungalow with an amazing backyard. Clean and cozy inside. Spent a lot of time outside enjoying the yard. The fire pit is fantastic in the evenings! We had such a lovely stay! Highly recommend this home!
