Convenient and Comfy

I really enjoyed my stay at the townhouse. The location is great- super convenient to many eateries, night life, cafes, and the lake. Easy for walking and driving. Walking distance to hospital. Its well decorated and felt like home.

Great place and even greater location

This is a phenomenal townhome in Downtown Orlando. It is in an amazing location that is walkable to restaurants, a food hall, the lake and even the hospital. Rick, the owner is amazing to deal with. Very responsive to any and all requests at all times. The townhome community it very quiet and clean. I'd definitely stay there again. Thanks Rick for everything.

Great place, great location

I had a fantastic experience staying in this place for my medical rotation. It had everything I needed for a comfortable daily living, including a reliable in-unit washer/drier, dish washer, several TVs, a brand new comfortable couch, fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, etc. Its location couldn't have been better: Just a short, safe walk from the hospital, and situated in a fun, youthful neighborhood with great restaurants and green spaces nearby. The host was very responsive and professional throughout my stay. I'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Orlando, whether it be for fun or work.

Wow, nice place close to a bunch of stuff

Quick walk to the hospital. Tons of places to go that are <2 minute walk away. The actual place has everything needed. Very clean and new.
