Great property

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is excellent, the apartment is comfortable, and M, the landlord, was a communicative and helpful host throughout our time staying at the apartment. We’re sad to leave, but we had a good experience here and would recommend this place to others.

Cutest nook, perfect location!

I stayed here for 8 months and I loved every part of it! Being on King St. in Alexandria was so charming! Through every season it was alway so nice to step right out on the brick sidewalks and see the lights in the trees! My goldendoodle and I loved our walks to the water and all of the shopping and restaurants close by! The apartment itself was so cute and cozy! I loved being able to walk in and out of the entrance and always visit with the staff in the salon! Would rebook in a heart beat!

You will love this place!

My husband and I stayed here for 18 months (July 2023-January 2025). We started with a six month lease and then signed another year long lease since we loved it so much. Its located right in the middle of King Street with restaurants and shopping galore! The apt is comfortable, in a safe neighborhood, and conveniently located to the king street metro and free trolley/buses (and within walking distance to a Whole Foods and Trader Joes). The space is cozy and well equipped, with a queen bed, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and fully stocked kitchen. Landlord is exceptional and very responsive. While we could get mail and deliveries here, there was a UPS store that was just a few blocks away that managed our Amazon deliveries for our convenience. Seriously, we loved living here and only left due to relocating back West as my job in DC concluded.

Nice Studio Apartment in the Heart of Old Town, Alexandria

This studio apartment is perfect for single or couple travelers. Location was close to lots of hospitals in the DMV area. Also, it's located in the main strip of Old Town so there was lots of restaurants, shops, and rich history! M, the landlord, was was also very nice and always checked on us during our stay.

Perfect Location

This adorable apartment in the heart of historic Old Town Alexandria did not disappoint. Literally right outside are many beautiful restaurants and shops. The 495 is just blocks away with east access to any location in the DMV. The landlord was great and considerate of us while we stayed. We are traveling healthcare workers and can tell you right now that this is a GEM! Never had any problems whatsoever. Easy to access VHC, INOVA, and DC hospitals. Metro is a few blocks away. Free parking. Crime free area! Dog friendly area. Would definitely come back. We loved it!
